Hi,

I have updated the theme to 2.2.6 for a customer of mine. I try to register the theme, but it does not save the Themeforest licence code. Is it possible to fix this?

Hello,
from here it seems you still have support enabled so I highly recommend to contact our help center and allow us to take a look at your site backend. Meanwhile, you can update everything since all the plugins are included in the main zip file you downloaded from ThemeForest. More info here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213454589-Plugin-Installations at `Install plugins via WordPress or via FTP` section.

Also: check if you have red message in your browser console when you try to register the theme. Maybe your server doesn’t allow to communicate with Envato API or something like that.

I purged cache in cloudflare, litespeed plugin, updated all in wordpress and still only loading, loading… Is it arguing with any of my plugins?

Hi adrianmirgos and thank you for the confirmation! Sincerely I’m not sure why this extension is triggered also in the admin of the website, it should work for not logged users only.

I found another problem.

I made an update today a few versions forward and one option does not work … I can’t change the proportion of photos in the “media gallery” – it used to be loaded for a long time when there were several dozen photos in the gallery, but now it doesn’t load at all in such galleries. Where there are several photos, it turns on quickly but if gallery have dozens photos it doesn’t load…And I can’t place vertical and horizontal photos side by side in the new gallery :(

Hi adrianmirgos! This works like a charm also in the last update. This can be related to a Memory issue or a problem with some plugin you have, since you have this problem with lot of photos, probably this is a Memory limit issue from the server.

registration not working
I installed the latest version and can’t register the theme. If put the old version of uncode back in place, there is no problem registering it. With version 2.2.6 I add the product code, click submit…and nothing happens. No error. No registration. Can’t modify the theme.

frustrating
Because I need to finish the updates on this site before my client’s workday begins again tomorrow morning, I purchased another license, thinking the issue was a problem with the old license. The new registration code doesn’t work either. Please do something ASAP so I can use the licenses I have paid for.

Hi – I have my Block Layout set to “show content under image”. However, I’m looking to have either an icon or custom text on the image overlay mouse over in addition to this. Is that possible? I have chosen an icon in the block settings but it doesn’t show on the overlay. Thanks in advance.

Hi GastricApple! In the Block tab of the Posts module, if you are using the Overlay layout, there is an option “Multiple Click Areas” set to No. Otherwise, please share your site preview so we can understand the settings or open a private ticket. Thanks!

Ok ok, thanks a lot for the investigation. It is just super confusing because it worked fine before the update, I did not change anything in those headings and since I updated the theme, the all come out the wrong way, that is why the update was my only guess. But you are definitely right, just fixed the problem! Thank you so so much :)

Hi AgenciaEgo! I really don’t think you can use an infinite scroll plugin to load single blog posts consequentially. If I understand you need to load another article when the first is finished and I think don’t think that you can use in any theme unless the theme is designed with this feature by the authors, sorry.

Hello, after a recent WordPress update some of the images from the website have disappeared. These seem to be the ones that are inserted into the WP Bakery Rows (used as the headers). I can see the image that has been uploaded in the backend, but when you click to update the section removes the image. The theme has been updated too, which was first recommended. Hello, it seems FontSquirrel APIs are not reachable at the moment, maybe their servers have problems. Did you have this problem for long or is it something recent? In the second case I would advise you to wait and see if the APIs start up again.

My theme is up to date as well as everything else apparently in my dashboard, and yet my images are not displaying properly or at all. What is happening? For instance www.florencelafite.com/portfolio/hulu I’m missing several images on this page, starting with the header.

It looks like my Theme was not registered so I could not see the update available. I updated it and it’s now working. Sorry I cant delete my message.

Hey there! I’m trying to have a short excerpt from a blog post appear in a grid of posts, but no matter what I do with the settings, the excerpt never shows up. In the Posts Settings, I click on “Module”, then click on “Text” in Products Elements, then I’ll set a number in the Chars box but still no excerpt will show on the front-end. Am I missing a step?
