Hello, Sometime theme(page) is not loading on browser, what’s the issue? I have removed all the plugins but still it is getting loading speed issue. May i know what is the issue and how to fix it?

your theme is fast and stable but offers comparatively few design options. Most things I could solve with the stylesheets. But how can I disable the sidebar? When switching to the canvas template, the heading disappears. Please help!

I have purchased the Mentor theme. I just added the blog to the site. Typically, I use the blog URL in my postings and an image comes up with the post. I have tried this on Facebook, Twitter and LI and an image is not coming up. I have uploaded the image to the Format section and as a feature image. I also have the Yoast SEO plug in where I have added it there, too. Is there some reason that I can’t get an image to come up with my URL?

We have the Mentor theme and just added a blog. On the individual posts, there is a title name of “Single Blog” and I haven’t been able to figure out how to eliminate this. Also, what size photo is optimal for the feature photo of the blogs? Website is www.workplacehealing.com.

Good day, I contracted the services of a consultant from Envato to install my Mentor them that I purchased. However, he had some trouble with the following: ’’On the Youtube version of the homepage, I can’t get the youtube video to display, and also I don’t see how to get the header the same as the semi transparent overlay in the demo. I can’t see anything in the documentation about how to achieve this. If you want this working then you might have to ask the theme support about this.’‘ I also tried to upload a You Tube link on the About Me page but it refuses to display. Is there something specific I need to do when uploading videos? Thanks

​I was trying to update the 2 main plugins: WPBakery Visual Composer and Revolution Slider.

I use your recommendation on here (themeforest) that says: How to update plugins : Delete old plugins : revolution slider and visual composer To Appearance -> Install Plugins -> re-install and active : revolution slider and visual composer

But when I try to Install again it say: “Download failed. Unauthorized” and I cannot Install or Update.

I cannot submit a ticket since my support has expired.

Hi I’m getting a server unavailable page when trying to view the demo for this theme.

I’ve installed the Mentor theme and it’s working well, except that I’m trying to modify the “OT Feature Box” items on the homepage to have a link – the Edit screen for these has a place to add a link URL, but it doesn’t appear to do anything. I’d like the visitor to be able to click anywhere inside the feature box (or minimally, on the icon) and be sent to the linked page – how can this be done?

How can I change main font?

I am working on optimizing my site, which is structured around the Mentor theme. Since Slider Revolution seems to be slowing down the site, I have removed all sliders and replaced them with single images. As a last step, I would now like to remove Slider Revolution altogether to avoid any extra loading time coming from the plugin.

My prolem is that when I deactivate Slider Revolution, the whole theme seems to be affected. The header becomes unstructured, images have trouble loading, google fonts are not loaded. Those are just a few of the problems. When I reactivate Slider Revolution and refresh the cache, everything goes back to normal.

I don’t understand this behavior. There are no sliders installed anywhere on the site; nevertheless is seems that the theme somehow relies on Slider Revolution.

Can you explain this behaviour, and do you have any ideas for how I could safely remove Slider Revolution?

This theme is the worst I have purchased, the documentation for installing is 10 pages long, my review will be very bad
