First of all, you can only use the single license of the Theme on a single site/domain, This is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them.
So if your code is activated on one of the sites then you have to deactivate it from there and then you will be able to activate and use it on your site.

Thanks for the answer. I lost access to the site because the domain no longer has access. I tried to change my computer file in c: / windows / system32 / drivers / etc / hosts the ip of my server and domain to get access, I got access to the site, I managed to disable.

Hello. Product page tabs. Why there are several different options of tabs layouts for Desktop, but only accordion layout for mobile devices? Then I choose default layout, I expect to have it on mobile also, but unfortunately it is not possible. In some cases its really bad – for example, if first tab has many text on it, you have to scroll down a lot to reach other tabs, which are almost at the bottom of page. Is there any way to change it somehow? I see that other themes don’t have such problem.

Sorry to say that but there is no Option for changing it in Mobile version, This requires Customization, and I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

If it is simply displaying: block or display: inline-block CSS issue then you can change it easily using Custom CSS.
Although I will also forward it to the development department for testing it in deep and if founds the issue solve it with the upcoming updates of the Theme.

I installed Porto 5.2.0 on my new website, i want to change header “CALL US NOW +123 5678 890” to another number, i tried changing it through “Theme Options>Header>Contact Info” but no changes are seen, i even deleted the text but its still showing on homepage.
