items always displays one per line as from our experience this is what visitors likes the most. At this moment, we do not have an option to display two items per row but we will consider it while future updates.

pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.

I already applied betheme to downeyfirstchurch.com. However, when the domain is changed to Downeyfirstchurch.org and registers again, only one domain is available for license.Can I apply my license to a new domain (downeyfirstchurch.org)?

Great theme!! I used the Trailer Shortcode for a few custom buttons but for some reason, the page opens in another tab even-though I have _self or _parent in the editor. When I inspect said code in the browser it’s labeled as _blank?

I have loved this theme, until now. I cannot update any of the prepackaged plugins that came with this theme. Specifically “BeTheme Header Builder”. It states “update failed” “there are not any files”. The one click update didn’t work on the theme update either, I had to manually download and install through an FTP client. Any help on how to, at the very least, manually update this would be appreciated. Are there clear instructions on this that I am missing?

The error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look. The message have to be send privately via contact form which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact

Dear support team, I’m moving my website installation to a new domain and I’m unavailable to de-register my purchase code on the old domain since the domain already expired and is not longer part of my acct. Hello,
I dont want to upgrade theme and VC from admin panel as my code managed in GIT repository.
I have downloaded the bundle again and tried by doing manual update but by replacing parent theme directory – VC dint get updated.
Can you please explain how can i update the theme and plugin manually in my on going live site. And also let me know by doing this manually will it require any down time for the website?
It is very urgent for my website.

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Can you help with the font color for the footer call to action? I used the CSS .call_to_action .call_left h3 { color: #fff; } but it does not affect the color whatsoever. The theme options for colors don’t address the CTA either. Thank you!

Ohh, ok. We can see now. However, the menu is hidden behind your extra stuff. In such case, you should move those extra buttons in other place as with current config, mobile menu won’t work.

Contact Box color can be changed under BeTheme Options > Colors > Shortcodes section. We do not have an option to change background to transparent but if you will provide us link to page where you would like to make it transparent, we may have a closer look on it and provide best possible solution to make it the way you want.

BeTheme is compatible with the most recent version of WooCommerce. In such case, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.
