this is shop search and its layout is reserved for WooCommerce only. If you use WooCommerce, you can change it under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras section to Icon | Search Shop Products only.

Great multi purpose theme.. does this mean i can use this theme on different websites in order to take advantage of its multi purpose designs? or do i need to buy 1 license per site (which pretty much makes multipurpose feature useless)

according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

the images/media you see on pre-built websites works on different licenses so it depends which images you want to use on your site exactly. Some of them operate under a free license, some we made ourselves but for some, we bought licenses. So basically, if you want to use these last images legally, you need to buy their licenses as well.

Hello, I created a portfolio page here https://sale.gokitchenandbathstudio.com/portfolio/ and I used the order by “Date” but the image thumbnails are not displaying with the same size, it scatters all over and it wasnt like that before, regardless of the image size or “order by” that i use.

My BeTheme can’t upload from version 21.3.8 to 21.5.6.1. I click the button but it tells: An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files. In one moment my site just stopped working. Revolution slide, WPBackery – they only provide to Delete and to Update (But update is failed).
All the plugins failed to upload as well.WHAT TO DO???
I even can’t see the answers on support page because my support time is ended! OMG!

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.
