Hi there, I have created a row split into 3 columns. Each column has its own background image and background colour overlay set to 0.6 opacity. I have used the heading element with text colour set to white. On desktop the white text stands out over the background image/overlay as shown in screenshot 1. However on mobile (chrome) the text is lost in the background. See screenshot 2. Hope you can help with this issue. Weirdly the icon still shows as white and correct on both devices.

OK, I found it myself. I am planning to buy a template now to update it. After the update, the proposed change will disappear. Is it possible to do this using Child Theme?
With Brook, you have free lifetime update, no need to purchase for your current site. If you use the theme for other site, you should purchase a new one.
About the update, you should update parent theme and do all customization in the child theme, so, you will not lost anything.

It’s a great theme, but I’m having issues with displaying Blog masonry posts … I already know it’s a plugin issue but the plugin author doesn’t want to cooperate – for him it’s a theme issue. 
I have a problem displaying masonry post grid; it appears when I’m logged in – but it disappears after I log out. Any clue?
P.S. I’m not using any caching plugins.

Hi, having an issue with the theme after the update. After the update mobile responsiveness seems to have stopped functioning. Nothing seems to optimise even after making changes, but when it comes to viewing the changes on different devices, everything seems jammed, including menus and so forth. Please assist.

Brook has some preset options with fixed color/font in code. If you don’t want to use these presets, you can set your own font/color in Customize.
