Help! I just updated the theme (along with WPBakery Page Builder) and now none of my pages utilizing WPBakery Page Builder are displaying any content (such as https://waunafest.org/officers/). The WPBakery Page Builder elements are all still there when I inspect the pages in the administrative side, but they don’t render on my actual pages. In your latest theme update, WPBakery Page Builder was updated to version 6.2, but I see that the latest version is actually 6.4.2—do I need that to get my pages working again?

Beautiful work I’m really interested in the theme and demo content of the Digital World. I would love this as is with pictures and all and all slider effects. I know the pictures are not included but do you have the links for that? and will the slider include the effect of digital world with the sound wave effect?
Or do you guys offer a service where you instal everything with the pictures. I can do it myself but would love to look just like the demo. Thanks for your time, Jay

Your download package is missing a lot of demo installs. You mention 26 in your advertising, but only 6 are available for single click demo install. Your documentation mentions a different way of installation- an xml import, but no xml files are provided. You may want to update the download package you provide so you get less requests with install help.

The mobile navigation toggle does not work on the latest version of the theme. I checked your current demos also and it is not working there. The mobile navbar toggle is invisible and unclickable. Also the header and countdown are no longer responsive on mobile. I am using the Business Conference demo.

I don’t know why the negative comments about support….these guys/girls have responded VERY quickly to several needs I have had and even went on site a helped me get what I needed.YES, at first I was wondering about the speed of support BUT I then realized they are n a TOTALLY different time zone that me…about 12 hours difference…and once I realized that and timed my questions differently their response has been within a couple to a very few hours!!! My email is same where I am getting all alerts from evanto and dropping email to support@codexcoder.com. Issues with your mail box, drop email to my email directly apoorv@furortechnologies.com and confirm I shall reply on that. A support portal shall help get one guys rather using direct email.

I had received your email with XML and imported also but its not showing theme correctly, so I already replied email with Dashboard details so that your team can login and help. .

Good day I have the latest theme version but I keep having this message in my dashboard please advise?
Your theme (Big Event Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
We updated our theme on 19/08/2019 and we compatible it with current WooCommerce version. Please download our latest version theme and replace it. Or you can contact our support team: support@codexcoder.com
