Hello! Where do I find this file mentioned in the documentation? “layersliderwp-x.x.x.installable.zip” My Uncode Layerslider is not working properly and I think that if I download it directly it might solve the issue.

I tried that, I managed to upload it but it didn’t fix the issue. For some reason, all of my LayerSlider slides (that used to work perfectly) have stopped working all together. In the plugin, it says that Layerslider is “not active and that I need to purchase it”. Could this be the reason? What do I do?

The only note issue of LayerSlider is that the new version is no more compatible with Slider Revolution, in a few words you need to deactivate Slider Revolution. There are no other known issues.
Oh! I do use Slider Revolution as well. So we basically have to choose one OR the other? Say I buy LayerSlider directly, would the same issues occur?
Yes, this is a problem of compatibility from recent versions between these plugins (if you buy it I think nothing change), and, anyway, please note that both plugins are quite heavy so it’s strongly discouraging to use them together.

Hi. I’ve replaced an images but the old one appears briefly when the page loads when adaptive images is on. Will going to Theme Options → Performance → Delete all AI Images force the theme to crate new preview images?

Hello, so i had some issues with this theme setting up Dokan. I thought it is an issue with the settings, and i have reinstalled many time but ive realized your theme is not compatible with Dokan. The vendor page does not display properly. the page is distorted.

I purchased your theme a few years ago, I had used it on an old that is no longer around. I plan to build a new one using your theme. However, do I need to repurchase the theme for a new site?
As I have currently installed it on the new site. I am running into issues, the theme won’t update, I cant see where or how to use the front end edition plus a few other things.

Probably the problem is related to the fact that you have an old version of Uncode. The old registration system uses the old Envato API (that is now deprecated and has a very slow cache system) for the Purchase Code verification. You should update to the new version of Uncode that uses the new Envato API and a faster registration system with only the Purchase Code. How can I override partials/menu.php. It does not work if I put it in the child-theme.

The menu is defined by the PHP class unmenu() in uncode/partials/menus.php which isn’t a template file. You only have to copy the entire class unmenu(), paste it into your child theme (in the file functions.php for instance), edit it as you prefer and this new version will be executed instead of the original one. You will be able to add the changes you need to those new functions.

Hi, guys, can you please help me with the issue i have with the theme, i have it for years and i never had this problem, the site shows as usual on the desktop view, but the theme is all broken on the mobile, please check the mobile view yourself – http://mirandavidak.com, and compare it to the desktop view. I updated the theme, i updated all the plugins, i uninstalled all the plugins to see what the issue can be, i called my host provider and we ran all the troubleshooting we could think of, and nothing fixed this issue. Never touched anything since few days ago when everything was working great as always. Can you please tell me what might be causing this?

Hi iblamemiranda! Yes I remember your beautiful website but it’s improbable the problem is the theme, basically, you don’t have any file when view from mobile. Right now never show something like this. Are you using Cloudflare or other caching services? Do you have cache plugins? Apart deactivate them, did you clear also the cache from the server? Anyway, the problem is that files are not found, in fact, the version of the file used by mobile is not found (from here it opens a strange website), while the desktop version is fine: https://undsgn.d.pr/wR0qCZ

Hi! Thanks for answering! I don’t have a cache plugin installed, i didn’t even do anything with the site for few days before this happened. I tried to deactivate all the plugins to see if there’s conflict, and that didn’t fix the issue.

I’m sorry but as told it’s the first time we see this and we cannot help more than we have done, if this is a problem of Uncode here you should see tons of similar reports, by the way, this happened on your site from one day to another and a theme doesn’t modify itself, as noted probably you have some extra services that create the cache (if the problem is the cache), I didn’t refer only to the plugin but also possible server cache system or Cloudflare cache (that is not a plugin). The last note I have is that you have a malicious evident redirect to all the files used by the mobile (and this is not the theme), you should really ask your shot to check carefully and also for possible malware codes, ex: http://mirandavidak.com/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/js/init.js?ver=549330792
PS: as you can see when you try to load one of the files, something apply the redirect (this happens at server level).
So what should i tell my hosting service? Is this up to them? I bought a malware cleaning services to see if there’s any malware on the site and it was, they found it and cleared it, but the mobile version is still the same. So what more can i do? Clear my cache? Do i install the plugin to clear my cache? Which one do you recommend? Thank you

I have purchased my second copy of your theme and this is the first time I have run into this issue. I am attempting to use your blog journal layout, and when I do a “preview” of it, I can only see the header section. I haven’t made any changes to the page itself. Any idea why it may be only showing the header (repeated) in the preview and on the live page? Oh and by repeated I mean… The header section repeats over and over and again, as you scroll down the page. It uses different posts, but it repeats over and over. The main content does not display.

Hi, I have a question about the isotope masonry responsiveness as it is used in your “media gallery” and “posts” elements. I see we have the option to change the breakpoints, but what about the number of columns at said breakpoints? For example, I set a 3/12 width for the blocks. Result at breakpoints is 4 columns, 2 columns,1 column. Can I change that to 4,3,1 ? I can’t find that option anywhere.
If not, can it be set with custom media queries, then I could add a breakpoint to have 4,3,2,1 ?
