The header in Shop Demo 8 has been made using Header Builder, so you have to change the info by going into Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder is showing below as per your requirements.

my search results shows as huge images more like posts not as woocomerrce search results. any way to fix this?

perfect. any reason i don’t see tags in search? i can see them in live search results.. but when i click on the search button i get “No products were found matching your selection.”

Sorry to say that but this is not possible. You can not search by Tags, For that you have to purchase premium plugin of Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search before purchasing the plugin please ask plugin Author that will it be possible with the Premium plugin or Not.

Sorry to say that but there is no such issue in the Theme, The issue you are facing is because of your own Customization that you did on your site.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask to run the backup of your site and then remove all the on-site customization from your site and deactivate all the third-party plugins and then follow the below-given article to update the Theme on your site.

There was no issues before your update, now there are issues. Nothing else has changed, meaning its an issue with your update.

That is why we dont want to purchase an extension for further support, because we get this type of answer everytime.

If the issue is with update of the Theme then why no any other customer complain about it as you? We always test the update before releasing several times.

I also tested the update again at my end on my test site and there is no such issue, The issue is only at your end, and that must be the Customization issue as I explained above.

You have to follow it, NO other way.

Hello, is there a way to show attributes that are only relevant to the specific category, subcategory on the sidebar of the shop page?

We have a lot of products and we want the user to be able to view and filter only the attributes that are relevant to the category or subcategory they are currently looking at instead of all the available attributes.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, You can not put specific categories attributes for filter in sidebar, This requires Customization or you have to use any third party plugin for it which better meets your requirements.

I’m also using a staging sub-domain to develop the site, which address is staging.globalgamestore.it, and I need to activate template here. After a few days when I’ll ready in www.globalgamestore.it what can I do? staging.globalgamestore.it will be used only for developing (the domain is also inaccessible without userid and password.

Acording to changelog of version 5.3.2 you updated wp bakery plugin to version 6.2.

But I have checked it and it is not, is version 6.1.

Maybe you forgot to put it on.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the Alidrop woo plugin with the Theme yet so we are unable to suggest you on it If you want you can try it with the Theme at your own risk.

We installed theme and the cart are messed up buttons are in different colors. when you add the cart on the header it is off and not even with site.

This is not the Theme issue but this is your site setting issue, please make sure that you have set the Header View as “Default” from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header as showing below, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

You want me to pay for support but can not fix your demo etc website for my client. According to the Envato support policy also, you are require to update your demo theme https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/gym/ and make it Compatible with WooCommerce. Im not here to argue with you guys I love the theme I just don’t think you guys understand we are building sites with your demo themes. If you FIX you theme we wouldn’t be asking all the question for you to get it fix!

Header is working absolutly fine, And regarding Mini-Cart to show in header, Sorry but the header is used on that Demo has not been designed to show the Mini-Cart, so you have to use any other Header Type or use Header Builder and create your own Header.

I am making changes on the theme options live and it looks like I want it to look but when I go to actual website the changes aren’t reflected. For example, I have set the header on homepage to 90% opacity but the actual site still has it transparent. That is just one of many things not showing up. This has been very frustrating. Look forward to your help.

It depends on how much data you will use on your site, If you use large amount of data like Pages/Images/Products/Plugins then you have to use Premium package OR if you will use normal amount of data then you can use Standard package.

By default our Theme does not have any influence on it, The Theme will simply work on shared hosting as well.

I was trying the theme on Google Cloud and activated the licence on the IP address (http://34.87.64.175/) however the IP now got changed but now when we try to activate it on the main domain it says it has been used in the IP address.

How can we resolve this issue?
