“Home CORPORATE 4” is not available with the Elementor version, but is available with the WP Bakery version, You have to go with WP Bakery.

1. Yes, you can use the Shop Demo’s using Elementor plugin as well.

2. Sorry to say that but we have not tested ACF plugin with the Theme so we are unable to suggest you on it, If you want you can try it with the Theme.

As I told you this is not the Core functionality of the Theme and nor we have tested any of the third party plugin for this reason with the Theme so you can use any of the third party plugin as per your requirements at your own risk.

Hi, on trying to update the theme I receive the message ‘Your ip address is blocked as spam’. I’ve noticed a previous commenter today has reported the same issue. To clarify, I’m not using this activation code on multiple sites. Please can you look into this?

Hi there, new to your theme. I created a couple of products before installing a demo. Once I installed a demo my products are gone. Where did they go? Can I recover them? How can I prevent this from happening again if I change demo again?

You can simply go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Content and click on any Shop Demo, Now click on details and un-check override existing content as showing below:

This will Import the Demo for you on your site but will not override your old/existing content which you have on your site, for example pages/posts/products/custom-post-types, etc… and vice versa if you check it before importing the Demo content.

“Porto Products” block bug report:

If I build a page with the “Porto Products” and set “Pagination” to “Show Pagination”.

I have a unexpected behavior when I click to see another page, the products are refresh on the grid but the page stay at the bottom instead of scroll up to the top of the block.

I don’t seek for a support about that, I just want to report so that it will be fixed or upgraded in the next release

The header in Shop Demo 8 has been made using Header Builder, so you have to change the info by going into Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder is showing below as per your requirements.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible. You can not search by Tags, For that you have to purchase premium plugin of Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search before purchasing the plugin please ask plugin Author that will it be possible with the Premium plugin or Not.

Sorry to say that but there is no such issue in the Theme, The issue you are facing is because of your own Customization that you did on your site.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask to run the backup of your site and then remove all the on-site customization from your site and deactivate all the third-party plugins and then follow the below-given article to update the Theme on your site.

There was no issues before your update, now there are issues. Nothing else has changed, meaning its an issue with your update.

That is why we dont want to purchase an extension for further support, because we get this type of answer everytime.

If the issue is with update of the Theme then why no any other customer complain about it as you? We always test the update before releasing several times.

I also tested the update again at my end on my test site and there is no such issue, The issue is only at your end, and that must be the Customization issue as I explained above.

Hello, is there a way to show attributes that are only relevant to the specific category, subcategory on the sidebar of the shop page?

We have a lot of products and we want the user to be able to view and filter only the attributes that are relevant to the category or subcategory they are currently looking at instead of all the available attributes.

I’m also using a staging sub-domain to develop the site, which address is staging.globalgamestore.it, and I need to activate template here. Acording to changelog of version 5.3.2 you updated wp bakery plugin to version 6.2.

But I have checked it and it is not, is version 6.1.

Maybe you forgot to put it on.
