This is not the Theme issue but this is your site setting issue, please make sure that you have set the Header View as “Default” from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header as showing below, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.
If the issue will not solve then contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 16/11/2019. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

According to the Envato support policy also, you are require to update your demo theme https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/gym/ and make it Compatible with WooCommerce. Im not here to argue with you guys I love the theme I just don’t think you guys understand we are building sites with your demo themes. If you FIX you theme we wouldn’t be asking all the question for you to get it fix!

Header is working absolutly fine, And regarding Mini-Cart to show in header, Sorry but the header is used on that Demo has not been designed to show the Mini-Cart, so you have to use any other Header Type or use Header Builder and create your own Header.

I am making changes on the theme options live and it looks like I want it to look but when I go to actual website the changes aren’t reflected. For example, I have set the header on homepage to 90% opacity but the actual site still has it transparent. That is just one of many things not showing up. This has been very frustrating. Look forward to your help.

It depends on how much data you will use on your site, If you use large amount of data like Pages/Images/Products/Plugins then you have to use Premium package OR if you will use normal amount of data then you can use Standard package.
By default our Theme does not have any influence on it, The Theme will simply work on shared hosting as well.

I was trying the theme on Google Cloud and activated the licence on the IP address (http://34.87.64.175/) however the IP now got changed but now when we try to activate it on the main domain it says it has been used in the IP address.

You can translate the Complete Theme to any language as per your requirements using Loco Translate plugin, Please watch and follow the instructions showing in this video that how to translate the Theme using Loco Translate Plugin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_X4mELtYDM&t=20s and simply you can change any word translated as well as per your requirements by changing it into the Theme Language files using Loco Translate plugin.

Sorry to say that but this is not the Theme issue, This is the plugin issue on customer site and it can be fixed by the plugin Author, Many of our customers using this plugin without any issue.

I don’t believe this is a plugin issue. As the stripe Apple Pay works fine with any other themes I’ve tried. You’ve mentioned that many of your customers are using this. Can you share the URL of one website where Apple Pay is working with your theme.

I do not have the sites for now, but there were many support tickets with same plugin and almost of them has been solved by the plugin Author, and there is no such issue with the Theme, It appears only on some sites, which has some setting issues with plugin.

1. Regarding Sticky Header in Desktop or Mobile:
The header is divided into 3 rows: https://ibb.co/bzHSpQ2
1. Top Header Row.
2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.
And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.
You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB
If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.
This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.
2. Click on Sync button and when the Sync will complete, then click on Save button and then search for the particular string and translate it as per your requirements as showing below:

We have recently added the latest Demo’s of Gutenberg and Elementor plugin in our latest update of the Theme, So if you are trying to Import the WP Bakery plugin Demo then please deactivate the Elementor plugin first and then try to Import the Demo and same as for Elementor Demo Import you have to deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, Otherwise, these both plugins will conflict with one another.

Yes, you can not directly put the embeded code to Custom Tabs, You have to do the following:
1. Go to Blocks and create a new block and copy and paste the embeded Code in it as showing below:
2. Now copy the Block slug name as showing below:
3. Now create a test page and use Porto Block element in it, and then paste the copied block slug name in Porto Block as showing below:
4. Now, finally, copy the code of that Porto Block and Paste it into the Custom Product Tab as showing below, It will work for you.
