I have just tested the same demo at my end on my mobile phone and it is working perfectly fine, please see the below-given screenshot, It must be the cache issue at your end or the old browser or a not supported version of the Phone with the latest CSS rules, so please check once on the very latest version of the Mobile Phone and Browser and after removing the cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

You can not change Pre Built Layout of the Single Product pages, you can only apply it, but if you want to create your own layout for single product pages, then we have a new feature called: “Custom Product Layout Builder”, you can use it, please read more about it in the Theme Documentation here:

Our website is built with Divi and I would like to verify that Divi has not modified anything, that by installing the theme we will be able to adapt it. Not having to start from a clean installation since we have many modifications made

I am sorry but this is not possible, there is no such policy that you can test the Theme and check backend before purchasing it, you must have to purchase first and then you will be able to test the backend.

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

There is no unlimited usage license.

When I’m using the accordian menu

then the menu items insite “OTHERS” gets covered.

Is there any way to scroll down the whole main menu? “OTHERS” has to be at the bottom and I cannot place it in top positions.

Similar issue I face when I increase the number of main menu items then many items do not appear as they go down in the list and gets hidden. I think there should be an auto scroll if someone hovers the mouse over header menu item.

Please help to get around this one, thanks in advance.

I have just tested the same thing on my test site and finds that you are right, but I have found another thing, like after loading a page, when you click and open the accordion menu and try to scroll below, It does not scroll to the sub menu’s but when you again move up and then scroll, now it scrolls the sub menu as well, please watch this video:

And this is because of the amount of the Menu Items, when the amount of the menu items are more than the size of the sidebar header then it will behave like this, and when the amount of the menu items are less than the size of the sidebar header then it will behave normally. This is how the accordion-type of menu works and this is for small menu items.

But I’ll forward this to the development department to deeply test it and if finds any solution apply it with the upcoming updates of the Theme.

Thanks for your detailed response including video. Yes I believe it must be improved so that whenever mouse is hovered over sidebar and scrolled, then only sidebar should be scrolled. I have seen this on some other websites as well. Because the number of menu items may increase with time.

I hope to see this update in future.

For some reason none of my customize settings are saving. It always wants to read from dynamic_style.css. The customizer won’t change when I say delete a logo. Also, it shows me one thing, but when I got to the site everything is different. Any idea what is going on?

1. Sorry to say that but this is not possible to revert the Demo as the old one when you will Import the Demo you will find the latest new Demo content and images as showing on our Demo site here:

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the ultimate member plugin with the Theme yet officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, if it is conflicting with the Theme, then please do not use it, or if you only want to use that plugin then contact the plugin Author and ask the Customize the plugin core files for making it compaitable with the Theme for you, we do not provide our dedicated support for any of the third party plugin confliction issue because this requires Customization.

So for the moment u got just this variables, color, size and brand swatches, (guess prety much what u need for a shirts, and shoes would say) can you add more variables, well dont need them right now, but in case i do later. Those variations (color,size) are the attributes of the Products and you can create as many as you want attributes from Produts >> Attributes and then you will be able to use those attributes for color swatches easily as showing in the above video.

The Theme package that you have downloaded from Envato >> Downloads, Extract it on your computer and you will find the Theme Files Folder go into it, you will find porto.zip file under it, then extract that file into your Computer and you will find Porto folder, now go into porto/inc/plugins and you will find porto-functionality.zip under it, that is the plugin file, simply upload this file to your site from Plugins and Install and Activate it, it will work for you and if not then contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will install it for you.
