I have just checked your site and finds that you are using the old version of the Theme 5.2.0, and the latest version of the Theme is 5.4.1, you can check the Theme changelog here:

So, you have to update the WP, and the Theme and plugins and then deactivate all the third-party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and if not then remain all the third-party plugins deactivated and share your site WP-Admin Login details via our support system so our experts will check it for you.

Hi Porto Theme, I am facing issue with the theme. it is hardly a month time and there are updates related to below:

porto/woocommerce/myaccount/form-add-payment-method.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.3.0,

porto/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.3.0

1. WooCommerce 4.3.0 has been released only a couple of days ago, and we already tracked it. The latest Porto version 5.4.1 is already compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce, but only a single template of the Theme has become outdated with this version of the WooCommerce, but no need to worry, it will not create any issue on your site, You can update it on your site.

And we are working on the new Theme update with which we will update that template as well. So please be patience till that and Enjoy using Porto :)

, it is not allowing to run/load the CSS files on your site, most of the times, this happens because of the PHP version, Elementor work fine with PHP version 7.4, so please set the site PHP version as 7.4 and then again try on a fresh new WP, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you.

Hello! After updating to the latest version of the theme, I have a difficulty in the “Blog” element, when I select the “Slider” display option. We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

I have just tested the same demo at my end on my mobile phone and it is working perfectly fine, please see the below-given screenshot, It must be the cache issue at your end or the old browser or a not supported version of the Phone with the latest CSS rules, so please check once on the very latest version of the Mobile Phone and Browser and after removing the cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

You can not change Pre Built Layout of the Single Product pages, you can only apply it, but if you want to create your own layout for single product pages, then we have a new feature called: “Custom Product Layout Builder”, you can use it, please read more about it in the Theme Documentation here:

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

When I’m using the accordian menu

then the menu items insite “OTHERS” gets covered.

Is there any way to scroll down the whole main menu? “OTHERS” has to be at the bottom and I cannot place it in top positions.

Similar issue I face when I increase the number of main menu items then many items do not appear as they go down in the list and gets hidden. I think there should be an auto scroll if someone hovers the mouse over header menu item.

Please help to get around this one, thanks in advance.

I have just tested the same thing on my test site and finds that you are right, but I have found another thing, like after loading a page, when you click and open the accordion menu and try to scroll below, It does not scroll to the sub menu’s but when you again move up and then scroll, now it scrolls the sub menu as well, please watch this video:

And this is because of the amount of the Menu Items, when the amount of the menu items are more than the size of the sidebar header then it will behave like this, and when the amount of the menu items are less than the size of the sidebar header then it will behave normally. This is how the accordion-type of menu works and this is for small menu items.

But I’ll forward this to the development department to deeply test it and if finds any solution apply it with the upcoming updates of the Theme.

Thanks for your detailed response including video. Yes I believe it must be improved so that whenever mouse is hovered over sidebar and scrolled, then only sidebar should be scrolled. I have seen this on some other websites as well. Because the number of menu items may increase with time.

I hope to see this update in future.

For some reason none of my customize settings are saving. It always wants to read from dynamic_style.css. The customizer won’t change when I say delete a logo. Also, it shows me one thing, but when I got to the site everything is different. Any idea what is going on?
