according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

You can separate them by enabling border for images under BeTheme Options > Global > General section.

1. When i go to import the pre built website (ELEMENTOR > CONSULTANT). I click to import it, and nothing happens, no import happens.

1. Pre-built websites can be imported from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. For more details about this process, please check documentation.
2. Please disable 3rd party plugins that does not come with the theme to make sure one of them does not make this conflict with Slider Revolution. If not, please remove Slider Revolution and install it once again.

If nothing happens on “Install” click, we recommend to remove all extra plugins as one of them might be the culprit. Appearance > BeTheme Demo Data section does not exist anymore. Since version 20, prebuilt websites can be installed from BeTheme > Pre-built website section.

I am not able to use all the functionality of WP Bakery. Why can’t I access the Responsive Tab?
Not only that, quite simple things are missing from WP Bakery and even Custom CSS line. I am thinking I should be taking a refund and returning this back condering how difficult you have made everything
A before after plugin in Muffin has CSS settings but not in Bakery. Which is usually a part of Bakery in all other themes.
Plugins that have CSS customization in the Muffin, they are not present in the WP Bakery. Why would you publicize that you are all in with the customization when its not present?

The error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look. we found that you have few errors in JS console. What we recommend is to deactivate all extra plugins because one of them might be the culprit. However, if this won’t help, please remove all theme files via FTP and exactly the same way, upload the most recent version of BeTheme.

Hello, I fixed the errors they were caused by mailchimp script. But Again how can i achive the zoom on product effect?
Zoom on hover should be enabled by default in Woo. Please make sure, you did not disabled it with Product image option located under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop > Single Product section.

In such case, please disable all 3rd party plugins as one of them or its combination might be the reason of this weird behave.
Hey there… Tried upodating via the wordpress update, did not work, states package is empty. So I downloaded the package via theme forest. Updated the theme, works fine. Now I just have the same issue with updated the included plug-ins (revslider f.i.). Same issue: states package empty. I have removed the plug-in via FTP to do a ” fresh install” which normally works. But helas… The system still gives the emptyv package error. Help please?

So, if you want to change icons, you have to do it with custom css declarations.

You can restrict the css declaration to one page only. Just use .page-id-xxx, at the beginning of custom css rule, where xxx is page id.
