I have an issue with Bethem and Ultimate Member. When i click Menu in WP dashboard to customize it, my website shuts down. I checked: the conflict is with Ultimate Member but i need this plugin. What will be the solution?

any WordPress theme can not be fully prepared according to Google PageSpeed Insights because their guidelines are ridiculous. Mainly plain html pages are suitable for these guidelines.
These minified files https://prnt.sc/tqz66r comes from plugins like W3 Total Cache to make WP based site faster and they can not be removed or moved somewhere else.

No, there is no way to optimize WP theme for PageSpeed Insights. If you need site to be optimised especially for this tool, we are afraid you have to built site with plain html without any additional JS scripts, google fonts, etc. The code of the site, supposed to be as clean as possible and contain mainly plain html.

Hi, i’m using polylang plugin to implement multilanguage support. I’m trying to display different logo for the 2nd language, but i dont see where i can config such option in your theme. How can i customise this part of the header?

logo can be set under BeTheme Options > Global > Logo section but we do not have an option to set different logos per different languages.

BeTheme is child compatible of course so if you want to play with files, feel free. The file you can play with responsible for the logo is includes/include-logo.php
How to UPGRADE and LICENSE (issues)
I have a client with this theme. They do not have the original purchaser so want to buy. They have v14.7. The latest is 21.7.9. Is the upgrade painless or will it break their site? AND PLEASE DON’T SAY GO TO OUR FORUMS. This is only for purchased people and we are making our decisions as to keep this or go with another theme.
Do we have to register the purchase somewhere? Looked on their backend and cannot find any information. Your forums are only open to people who have purchased and not those wishing to find out information – so useless really.
Do you have a ‘child theme’ that works or ?
Really need some standard help here and why are your forums closed to only purchased people – the forums would help people understand if they want to buy or not.
Hi,
if your client don’t have license proof from previous developer, they have to buy new license of course. If they actually have 14.7 version installed, it shouldn’t be difficult to update theme.
Because your current theme version is older than V20, you have to update theme manually. The best way to do this is:
1. Go to your FTP and remove whole /betheme/ folder.
2. Later, download latest version from Themeforest, unpack and upload latest version via FTP as well.
Above 2 steps are all you have to do to update theme to it’s latest version.
Since this moment, you can easily do all future updates via Update to [version number] button which is just under the Be logo on the right side under BeTheme > Dashboard section.
Please notice, that if your client’s theme files been modified by previous developer, they will lose them. And of course, BeTheme is child theme compatible.

Can I use this on multisite? It wont be domain mapped so all subsites will only use a single domain (easysites360.com). The subsites will look something like this: jones.easysites360.com, brown.easysites360.com, smith.easysites360.com, etc.

yes, you can use same license for unlimited number of sub-domains but the whole trick is that you have to register license for main domain first and only then, you can register same license/key for its sub-domains.

Hello, I use WPML and I would like to have the CUSTOM error 404 page for each language as well.
For each language I’ve got created custom error 404 page. Unfortunately when I select english (german) page and I type incorrect url it sends me to czech page. How can I make this right? Thank you.

if you want to translate 404 error page texts, you can do this under String Translation tool. Unfortunately, WPML plugin does not have option to define different 404 pages per different language.

according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

1. Pre-built websites can be imported from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. For more details about this process, please check documentation.
2. Please disable 3rd party plugins that does not come with the theme to make sure one of them does not make this conflict with Slider Revolution. If not, please remove Slider Revolution and install it once again.

If nothing happens on “Install” click, we recommend to remove all extra plugins as one of them might be the culprit. Appearance > BeTheme Demo Data section does not exist anymore. Since version 20, prebuilt websites can be installed from BeTheme > Pre-built website section.

I am not able to use all the functionality of WP Bakery. Why can’t I access the Responsive Tab?
Not only that, quite simple things are missing from WP Bakery and even Custom CSS line. I am thinking I should be taking a refund and returning this back condering how difficult you have made everything
A before after plugin in Muffin has CSS settings but not in Bakery. Which is usually a part of Bakery in all other themes.
Plugins that have CSS customization in the Muffin, they are not present in the WP Bakery. Why would you publicize that you are all in with the customization when its not present?
