it depends if you want to modify widgets or copyright. Widgets can be customised under Appearance > Widgets section but copyright BeTheme Options > Footer > Advanced section.

I didn’t see the social media logos and they were Chinese characters. They told me it was because the CORS library was not installed on the server, although the advice worked and I fixed it. Then it all went wrong! The page is slow with errors 502, 503,521. If you jump to the page, you don’t see the post and you get a 502 error and you can’t use the Gutenberg editor, there when you save the post you mark an error connection. Also the site is extremely slow. Uninstall the theme and I could write, I don’t know what happens Help!

Hey, i build my website on a test domain. then transfered it to the main domain. now i couldnt update and read that i had to derigster en then register the purchase code again. i tried that but it says i need to deregister from my develop domain.. but that domain doesnt have the website anymore.. the whole wordpress folder is deleted there so i cant deregister that… whats the solution for this… ?? i only use 1 code for 1 website..
so my website doesnt have a register now because i deregistered it but cant register again..
nvm its fixed. saw the link a few comments above. i could deregister the building domain from: http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ .

Strings like “Enter your search” or “Published by” can be easily translated from BeTheme Options > Translate section.

most pre-built layouts included into Be, were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WPBakery Page Builder (previously known as Visual Composer) because this is additional plugins and in reference to license agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, WPBakery Page Builder is too demanding because of hosting services requirements.
According to text colors, you can easily manage them from BeTheme Options > Colors section.

this is not a bug but layout style you set under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section. If you want to display accordion below the image, you have to change its style.

From what we see, your SHOP page, currently display products in 2 rows so we are not sure what else you would like to do exactly.
I want to show 2 columns on every row in mobile view.

Where do you see “big black line” exactly? Sorry but we do not see anything like this.
According to logo, it is centred on mobile when header is sticky.
Removed it. But it’s not centred. It changes position on default and on sticky.

From what we can see, you set different sticky header than default and that’s why you notice this little jump. If you want them to be the same, you should set both same way.

Hi Btheme, loving your theme and made a stunning website for my hypnosis practice. I have one question/problem with responsiveness of my images though. Can you please help me with this? On my iphone and tablet the images on my pages are way to large and not responsive as it seems. Also on the header section background image. the background you are talking about is achieved with css and such elements are not responsive and never won’t be. Please note that this has completely nothing to do with the theme and it’s more technical problem.
What we recommend to do to make those backgrounds look as good as possible is to set COVER / NO-REPEAT position.

On Be Charity 3, What we do page, there is green video icon. I have tried custom classed but cannot have that zoom on hover effect.

No. I need to know how to get that zoom effect on any icon /image.
Basically I am using the default theme template for my website and I want to have that effect for my videos. I really love it.
This zoom effect is assigned to all images around this pre-built website due to “Zoom | without icons” style being set for images under BeTheme Options > Global > General > Image Frame section. Please remember that each image need to be link if you want it to be zoomed on hover.

The mega menu is not from the betheme. It is build via elementor. But its look like the align of the mega menu is from betheme code.

did you already tried to use all included options for Elementor menu builder? If you did and nothing works the way you want, you have to use the following custom css declaration to center mega menu:
