I have a new customer who already have installed this theme i’m trying to update wordpress to 5.4.2 and php to 7.4 I’m unable to update the theme how I do that?

And after completing it, try to Import the Elementor Demo and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi there, I’m having a problem using a waitlist plugin! Before changing to your theme we used “waitlist for woocoomerce” plugin and it worked perfectly! But now the buttons and form won’t appear on the product page and it seems that the ajax and JavaScript responsible for its work aren’t loading either! Are you familiar with this issue? Is there a waitlist plugin that is compatible with Porto theme, cause I tried a couple and they all have issues? I’d appreciate your help. Thanks

Sound’s Good!!!, that you have managed to create the page you want, you are the best… and I am sorry but this is not possible to the filters to work on pages accept the Shop/Category archive pages, Yes, Filters are coming from WooCommerce and it has the default functionality and only works on Shop/Category pages not on any other page, so This requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend to contact our customization team or hire a developer.

The header type you are using on your site, this is not possible with it, because it is the default and pre-built header, you have to use the Header Builder Feature and create your own header with elements as per your requirements.

Mini cart icon is not shown in the header, only the item amount. For example: https://www.uskin.nl. Have this problem on multiple sites build with Porto. Currently settings: Theme Options » Header » Mini Cart Icon » “minicart-icon3”

If you have the Cart Icon on your site by default as showing below:

Then before using any other Icon, you first have to remove this Icon, and it has been made using Custom CSS, You have to comment out the Custom CSS from Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS as showing below:

And then you can use any Icon code from here or FontAwesome:

I would like to report a bug. It happens on Firefox.

I think it has to do with the filter. This also brings me to the question, when did this get updated? In the past there used to be a small square where you choose the filter?

This is not a bug, but the design of that sidebar Filter is changed in the very latest version of the Theme, I have just checked your site on the very latest version of the FireFox browser at my end and it is working perfectly fine at my end, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/kR38tdR5

Your French translation as no sense at all, it’s not French it’s gibberish.

Section Skin Color > Section Couleur de la peau

Skin is computer term also in French.

Default Color Scale > Échelle de couleur par défaut de la section

Has no sense at all.

Remove Margin Bottom > Supprimer le fond de la marge “le fond” mean “the background” and not “bottom”

Bottom = Bas

Should be: Supprimer la marge du bas.

Remove Padding Top > Supprimer le rembourrage

Total gibberish. Rembourrage mean stuffing.

Again Padding is a computer term and should not be translated.

“Remove Padding Bottom” > “Supprimer le fond du rembourrage” mean in French “Remove the stuffing background”

“Remove Border” > “Supprimer la frontière” mean in French “Remove the borderland”

“Sticky Options” > “Options collantes” mean in French “Gluey Options”

And it the same with the front-end who is full of nonsense sentences.

So please stop using google translate and hire a professional computer translators or let us turn Porto in English in the admin.

And also please fix all the blurry text on the new admin look.

We really appreciate your time to write this comment and also your suggestion, but obviously there are different regions and all have their own language style and words, same as with French, the words you find useless maybe those words are useable and perfect for other French users from different regions, so this is not the concern and way to translate the Theme, let’s suppose, if we work with your suggestion and made the new language translation files with the Theme for you and if some other Customer asked the same thing like you (gibberish), then what should we do? Should we translate the Theme differently for every single Customer? No, it’s not possible, and nor this is the way…

Porto WordPress provides the functionality to translate every single string, so you have to translate every single string on your own and then place those translation files under wp-content/languages/themes and then you will not lose it and nor it will be overridden whenever you will update the Theme.

You can use the Loco Translate plugin as well for Translating the Theme in a single language.

And by default, this is not possible to set the language as English for WP Backend when the site language changes to any other language, this is the default functionality of the WP and its same with all the Themes, If you want to use your site Backend in a different language and the Frontend in a different language then you have to use any third-party plugin for it like WPML, furthermore you can ask from the WPML support on it.

That’s all and it makes sense now…

Sorry to say that but there is no such option in the Theme for Quick Buy, but you can turn ON the Option to directly go to Cart page when Customer add to cart product from Shop Page.
