Awesome and Thank you for the quick response…. I have one more question and my apologies for not being specific. Are the PSD’s included for instance the theme im going to use is the pizza restaurant theme and the main image I really like and want to use but with my logo. Is this part as well or do I have to purchase the psd/ai files separately? This is an amazon theme set and I plan on purchasing the regular license to start and once I can afford the extended license I will be purchasing it once mo9ney is saved up. Hello, we are working on a site that has 3000 blog posts. We want to use the Intro Header template for the posts but to edit each one will take to long. Is there a way that you can assign the Intro Header to each post automatically. Is it also possible to use the featured image as the header image instead? Each post already has a featured image that we want to use as the header image as well?

at this moment, we do not have option to change layout for single posts globally but it is a good idea, we will consider it while future updates. Featured image as the header image is a part of Intro Header so this would be consider as well.

If you know coding, then everything is possible. However, if you are not tech, you should contact with your web developer as he would be responsible for files customizations in the future.
P.S. The files responsible for posts are located under /includes/ folder.

what is the site url where you are trying to update theme? From what we see, with your account, there is only one url connected http://appa-mtc.ignitebusiness.pt so if this is not the right domain, you have to de-register license key from that sub-domain and register under right domain as update issues might be related with not registered license key.

Hi,I have an installation of Wordpress (latest version) and Betheme (ver. 21.3.2) In the Wordpress admin page when I am trying to edit content through muffin builder (clicking on pencil) nothing happens. Thanks did that but now i am having anothert error. after map loads just in 3 to 5 sec it shows this error “Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.”
It means, you set something wrong. Maybe the key is wrong or one of your 3rd party plugins is a culprit. In such case, we recommend to start from disabling all 3rd party plugins.
The key is correct it displays well for few seconds and then shows that error, secondly the only plugins installed are the one i installed from BETHEMES
Please provide link to page where you faced with this issue so we may have a closer look on it.

what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

Hi, i know the support. We have a lot of licenses but the problem of the team element is, that nobody can change the loaded image size. I think you should improve it with theme options or extra shortcode option like other plugins.
BeTheme is the best theme but some minimal fixes or new functions would make it so much better and better with every update

Hello! I am not the owner of the site that uses your theme, so I am missing a purchase code, and I can’t register at https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/ But the topic is registered, that’s okay. I am a developer, and my task was to make the site poly-lingual (3 languages). I did this using Polylang. On the desktop everything is fine, no problem. But I found that the mobile version is only partially reacts to editing. For example, adding new blocks (using the Muffin Builder) is instantly displayed on the desktop. And on mobile – the old version has been for many days. Or a replacement is made images on the pages of the new two languages. On the desktop, this is displayed from the first second. On mobile many days unchanged. I searched the theme and builder settings for anything related to responsiveness, but I couldn’t find nothing unusual. I have deleted the website cache many times, and completely deleted the cache on the Cloudflare service. However, passed for several days, but there are no changes in the mobile. I would be grateful if I could get a hint as to what the problem might be.

as you already mentioned, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme. If your client bought it, tell him to create account on support forum and post your questions there.

We’ve checked above password protected page but unfortunately, WordPress does not assign any individual class for such type of pages so it is impossible to set specific background for the whole page. We will consider it as feature while future updates of course but at this moment, the only thing you can do is set background just for the password form:

Hello, I’m afraid I have to disagree with you: If I put the CSS snippet in the CSS field of the plugin below your own CSS content (screenshot) the page stays white. The background image should of course fill the whole page. The example looks very unprofessional.

Secondly, like we said, background can not be set for whole page what we explained above and only the way it is on the screenshot. The only thing you can do is move the box with password a little bit to the bottom with custom css as well:

Please check https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_pre.asp where it was explained what “pre” tag is. This is for code presentation only. As you see on the screenshot https://prnt.sc/txrpxq there is no “pre” tags visible as they are only being used as html to represent code.
According to password protected page, we appreciate your suggestion. We will consider it while future updates for sure. For now, you have to use the custom css we gave you above or you can send us private message with login details to your dashboard so we may check if there is anything else we can do to help you style these kind of pages.

It’s on the home page, it’s the ‘snipped’, the first thing on your website that Google shows to the public. I uploaded the image in the Open Graph box, but it looks on the main page of the site, after the header, the error is only seen on desktop, not on mobile.
