Hi there,

I updated the theme and plugins to the current version. On the Home Page – my logo disappeared as well as the main slider revolution slider. Now its just a white space. I had a slider with logos and the orientation changed on that as well. Also, I am not able to edit the Home page as it is all code. There used to be WPBakery builder but that option no longer shows. I sent an email with login credentials to helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com as the site is under maintenance mode. I tried to send a message through your ticket area but I no longer have access to support so the email didnt go through. I didnt do anything out of the ordinary. Updated the theme, plugins and wordpress version.

Hi there! After the Wordpress 5.5 update… I’m getting a conflict with Yoast SEO which is:

An error occurred while checking whether your site can be found by search engines. Error details: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

Obviously worrying so I’ve been talking to my hosting company and Yoast.

I tested the site using the plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting. The only plugin I enabled was the Yoast SEO (as this is the plugin that was reporting the issue) and the error was no longer displayed. So it’s being suggested there is a potential theme conflict. Has anyone else reported this?

Error notice red bar appears on the plugins pages after the latest WordPress 5.5 update. When is this going to be fixed?

Gotta admit. Kinda a disappointing response. I’ve tested on multiple sites and multiple hosting environments. This theme is definitely not compatible with WordPress 5.5. I’ve deactivate all plugin and the issues only go away when I deactivate Bridge. I am also not the only one experiencing these issues. You might want to look into this further on your end.

Hi, when i try to register (with the purchase code) my theme in wordpress, allways response that license is register in another site

I install it over the xampp system until the domain name and location are established on the server. I installed the demo version via wp-admin. but I could not reach the page filter that I will use in the theme. What kind of path should I follow?

Having a recent issue where our Portfolio Pages will not load into ‘self’ window. When you click the portfolio thumb photos – nothing happens?

Appears to be for all internal links specified as ‘self’.... across our website.

Hey Bridge,

After updating to WordPress 5.5 we noticed a bug and just wanted to give you guys a heads up on it if you already don’t know of it. When having the Bridge theme installed, on the plugins page under the new Automatic Updates column there appears to be a red bar that appears for all the plugins. When we activate another WordPress theme it goes away.

Note: We are have tested with the latest version of Bridge and older versions as well.

No we do not use these, please note that WPbakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

You can read more about it here. We do have our themes shortcodes as well as you do always have an option to save your page templates that you create.

Hello I bought the theme, and saw the tutorial to add fonts … but via plugin it is not possible to add an external source from google font? obviously I would like to add a personal font and possibly have it listed to recall it like the others … do you have a plugin to recommend that works well with the theme?
