Error notice red bar appears on the plugins pages after the latest WordPress 5.5 update. When is this going to be fixed?
Also if you are using a caching plugin and Defer Render-blocking JS it will throw error from the theme after the newest update.

Gotta admit. Kinda a disappointing response. I’ve tested on multiple sites and multiple hosting environments. This theme is definitely not compatible with WordPress 5.5. I’ve deactivate all plugin and the issues only go away when I deactivate Bridge. I am also not the only one experiencing these issues. You might want to look into this further on your end.

Hi, when i try to register (with the purchase code) my theme in wordpress, allways response that license is register in another site

As per regular license you can only use one purchase code per domain. So please note that that you should have deregistered the theme prior installing it to a new installation, you can read more about it here.

Having a recent issue where our Portfolio Pages will not load into ‘self’ window. When you click the portfolio thumb photos – nothing happens?

Hey Bridge,
After updating to WordPress 5.5 we noticed a bug and just wanted to give you guys a heads up on it if you already don’t know of it. When having the Bridge theme installed, on the plugins page under the new Automatic Updates column there appears to be a red bar that appears for all the plugins. When we activate another WordPress theme it goes away.
Note: We are have tested with the latest version of Bridge and older versions as well.

No we do not use these, please note that WPbakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Hello I bought the theme, and saw the tutorial to add fonts … but via plugin it is not possible to add an external source from google font? obviously I would like to add a personal font and possibly have it listed to recall it like the others … do you have a plugin to recommend that works well with the theme?

Having trouble getting Theme Options saved. For instance, I changing the footer background image or uploading a logo to the “Light” header, it shows it uploaded and I save it, but when I refresh, the changes did not get saved and do not appear on front end. All software is completely up to date. I cannot figure out the issue.

Hi! I a few Bridge theme licences. Today looking througe extensions on my customer’s website, I did notice a WooCommerce extension called WooCommerce Phone Number Required, which I didn’t installed, and is linked to a mature website. See screenshot https://snipboard.io/5YfAFW.jpg I did deactivate the plugin as of now. I did some research on the web, did chat with WooCommerce support and this is not part of their extensions. Looks like it was a 3rd party’s extension and may be no longer available. Can you confirm if it was an extension included in theme files? Because if not, somebody did access the ftp or website to upload this extension…. Thanks Dany

Pur Bridge theme is for sure WooCommerce compatible so on any demo you will be able to have a e-commerce. And when it comes to WPBakery plugin you should know that we do have certain demos that are built with WPBakery and certain are built with Elementor, you can choose from either one of them to customize your site, our theme is compatible with both plugins and it is just a matter of Native import, if a demo is made with eEementor the native import will come with Elementor demo and the other way around.
