Sorry, but all our plugins are updated… Uncode core 2.2.8.2 just not working with WP5.5 on our side. Have downgraded to 5.4 to get it working again. Please advise ASAP when a fix has been issued for Uncode core.
Hi clydetower! There is nothing to fix, you can also read in these pages other users that confirm the update works like a charm. You need to clear any kind of cache (from the browser, to possible Cloudflare etc). I believe the issue is with the combination of WP5.5+Uncode+WPML plugin… When we uninstall WPML, WPBakery Page Builder works.

Hello – I am not sure if it’s the recent WordPress update, however, the VC does not work anymore, you cannot select between Visual and Text editor. Also all the options on Theme Options, individual page options are all open toggles and cannot be selected. I have deleted the theme and plugins and reinstalled everything with the same issue – maybe a bug that needs fixing?

Hello, since i updated the theme yesterday, everything seems to be working except the single block options for a post/portfolio masonry grid. The drop down check box options do not work and revert back to default when selected.
For example if i go into single block, edit a portfolio items width from 3/12 to 6/12, it reverts back to 1/12, and then can’t be changed. The other drop down boxes seem to work.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I may have encountered another single block issue. on the build query i have to set it to “All” and then go to single block with “custom order” selected to see all my portfolio items to choose from. When i rearrange my projects the way i want them to appear and then go back and change the build query to 6, so only 6 portfolio items should be displayed in the custom order i have set but some of the items rearrange themselves.

whats the max amount of single blocks that can be populated/re-arranged? it seems that it will not display more than 10 portfolio items for me. Do I have to choose an option for “order by” because i think its overwriting the custom order i have set up, as the grid images replace each time i update a project.
There is not a limit but it’s quite extensive operation so be sure to have a good wp memory.

Wp 5.5 is full of bugs. I wouldnt update. I had to roll back to 5.4.2
I updated WP and the theme and as above could no longer edit CSS/JS in theme options. But it was a lot worse than that so rolled back for now.

Hi OmriS! I can’t tell you if WP5.5 is full of bugs (probably they will have something to fix as any major release) but I’m now testing the CSS/JS editor in the Theme Options of Uncode and everything works perfectly (make sure you have cleared the cache of your browser).
I cleared cache, cleared server cache, tried in different browsers etc. The bugs like not being able to expand menus in dashboard etc is being reported by others online. There’s def issues with 5.5
I couldnt even create a new user for support as wasnt able to click on buttons so had to do this through SQL.
Can I update the theme and stick on WP 5.4.2? Or do I have to have 5.5?

When I activate the above mentioned plugin the menu voices overlaps on top of each other or changes the positioning on them. Check here, click the menu pls. http://colomboandpartners.it/eng/
I have contacted the plugin developers, and they say they have not had this issue with any top selled wp theme out there. Also I tried deactivating each plugin at the time to see if it was conflicting with another plugin but it was not. Many Thanks

Ok, I see that when you click some script that doesn’t depend on Uncode adds the class “show” to the item and forces its property display with the value block. It is strange that a plugin manipulates in this way the frontend of a site, IMHO. However here is a CSS snippet to force the menu display property:

Please note that the Hotichen user confirmed this problem was fixed, he later reported another issue. Anyway, we are sorry but as an author, also have to abide by the terms of the contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is in the marketplace’s own interests, and support verification is must on ThemeForest.

I don’t understand why you say that like most people. Only one user reported it and if you read it correctly it confirms that the problem was related to the cache. For the fact that Undsgn doesn’t help you we just follow Envato’s rules, show your Purchase Badge and you will be helped as well as everyone else.

Hi christianharris! No if this is page created with the Page Builder modules this is not possible, this is possible only when you define a template, for example the portfolio pages layout.
For example, I’m using the ‘Coming Soon’ template as my contact form. I’d like this same page design for my newsletter page. I can’t do that?

Hey. Love the theme, and support but one thing I cant resolve is a content block not loading JS. I did mention in support if you could allow this in your next update but was told you dont offer support in relation to 3rd party plugins. Problem is, theres nothing wrong with the plugin. just your content block doesnt load JS. is there a way to allow this?

So I have a content block set as a header so I can have a transparent BG. In that header I’ve got a shortcode which on the front end doesnt display because its not loading the JS. IF I use the shortcode again on the homepage in a hidden field, it displays the JS in the header block. Problemn is, this means I have 2xH1’s which I dont want.
If I remove the 2nd ‘hidden’ shortcode, the header does not load the JS file. So it seems the content blocks, which are fantastic, do not allow loading of JS files which causes me an issue.
The Content Block is a fragment of content you can include in the final page, so based on your description it seems that you just need to insert the JS in the final page with the Raw JS module and not inserting in the Content Block.
I tried this. I had the shortcode in the content block (So I could use a transparent header) and then inserted raw JS in the home page (hidden) but it still didnt display correctly. Ive moved my site from dev to live so I have two copies of the site up. One which displays correctly (live) and one which doesnt (dev) – If someone could assist, Id be very grateful. I only posted it here as agent said ‘we dont support 3rd party plugins’ but my issue isnt the plugin, but the fact it wont load JS in the content block and was hoping someone else would take a look.
This is correct and it’s specified by the official ThemeForest support policy, we are not developers you ‘hire’ to solve issue with the implementation of extra scripts and this is pretty normal: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy#whats-not-included-item-support
Anyway, for what I can see it’s not a bug of the theme as you state, otherwise it wouldn’t work on the development site either, this is something you missed during the migration and it seems obvious if works on the dev site.
I dont think I explained properly. On the live site it only works because Ive had to insert the shortcode twice. Once in header and once on homepage in hidden text block. On dev site, I’m trying to make it work without having to insert shortcode twice due to duplicate H1’s. There’s nothing wrong with my transfer. Its your content block not loading JS :/
As explained 2 message above, you don’t have to insert in the Content Block but in the final page.
Maybe Im not understanding what you mean but if I insert in the final page, i.e. homepage, its not as a transparent header.
You need to insert only the script (code) in the final page. Canvas can stay in the Header,, but the script (code) need to be moved to the final page.
So I did copy the JS to final page but that didnt work. Is that because you’re saying it has to be somehow removed from the header as well?

I have another question… After I installed the theme, this question came up:WP Memory Limit 40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 96 MB and this PHP Max Input Vars (allowed) 2500 – We recommend setting PHP max_input_vars to at least 3000. I’ve asked cloudways to fix it for me, but why do I still get the same error message even though I’ve changed it on the host side?

In a few words you modify the file with the settings but your server has a cache so you see the changes when the original cache expires. On mobile page when I try to magnify any kind of image txt or anything which is possible on any website on Undsgn theme there is no way to manage that. Evem when I click on a image it will just openin fullscreen but no option to make it better with two fingers like on any mobile page.

The only thing we note is that you don’t have the latest version, but as told everything is zooming as it should.
Honestly I do not know how you managed to zoom in because I am trying on 2 different mobiles with Android using Chrome and images cannot be zoom in like you did.

no. Same when I click to image it just pops up in fullscreen but no option to zoom in while clicked or without clicked.
Maybe you have enabled on your phone Force Enable Zoom – but native usage for theme will not let me zoom .

Image opened in the lightbox yes would be great to have zoom option as it looks small or not opened in the lightbox – the whole site should have a zoom option. As per basic text viewing bigger for those that cant read small text. Can you give me CSS to reactivate that because it seems to be blocked from somewhere.
