Hello. I was wondering if you can help. I am looking at purchasing this template. For my website, I need the ability to have extra options for many of my products (as for some products, I have a minimum order quantity of 70 and then sell them in batches of 10 – 80, 90, 100 etc). Depending on which option the customer chooses, the pricing may vary. This would not be for all products, but for some. Is this something that this template would be able to cater for? Thank you.

hello, where can I update Porto functionality? when I clicked the Porto functionality on the editing page, it doesn’t work. I updated the theme 5.4.4 but no porto functionality zip included only slider, and wpbakery plugin. i tried to update the porto functionality but it says “The plugin is at the latest version.
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Porto Functionality is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

Please edit the Theme package and go to Theme Files >> Porto extract the porto.zip file and go to porto >> inc >> plugins and you will find the porto-functionality.zip, now go to your site WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and delete the old version of the plugin from your site and Install and Activate the new one, it will work for you.
still not working. im trying to reinstall the theme again and clear cache.
Also, I tried deactivating and reactivating the license to sort out the Porto functionality to work again since on my end the plugin included are not updating so I redownload again from ThemeForest. Then when I’m activating the Porto Theme License my IP address is blocked. Thanks for the help.

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

First of all, please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme/plugins requirements as listed below:

And also make sure that your server must not have any restrictions till you are in the development process and if yes then remove it and then try to Import the Demo I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.
Hi I get this error. What should I do? Your server performance does not satisfy Porto demo importer engine’s requirement. We recommend you to use alternative method to perform demo import without any issues but it may take much time than standard import.

I bought the theme because of the integration with Elementor and I want to use the Demo Shop 4 on my website, but when I import the Demo to use the Elementor model, the website comes out broken, it just doesn’t work, I’ve tried it in several different ways, and the only way it works is when i import using WPBakery Page Builder, i need a solution.

It is not the duty of any framework used to create and manage a website’s compliance, solely. In almost all cases a lot of manual fine tuning will be needed. Generally speaking, that means there is no use in asking “Is WordPress GDPR compliant?” or “Is Porto GDPR compliant?”. For example, Porto itself will never be violating the GDPR criteria as it does not collect any data. It is a powerful tool to create websites, and the end users website is what will collect data and the data collected will be different for every use case.
Does that mean that WordPress and Porto users are left alone in their fight for compliance? No, not at all!

Hi, I was need a theme with old school menu style like on the left sidebar. Looks like i found what i need in your demos which is in your inventory it’s called “corporate 12.” But there is a problem and if you accept this is a pre-sale question, i’ll be glad. When i click a menu with submenu item, it doesn’t respond to click. It is just respond when i click to the arrow icon on item’s side and reveals the submenu. What should i do with this? If “it’s not a bug, it’s a feature”, that’s not gonna helpful for visitors.

In shortly, menu item with submenus doesn’t respond to click but that tiny arrow on other side of the menu item does. My point was, why that menu item cannot clickable but its arrow can?
I want the menu style exactly your first example in screenshots that you’ve added. But when i click a menu item, it doesn’t reveal submenu at all. At first, i thought this was because of Slider Revolutions and menu reveals behind the slide. But when i scroll, it still doesnt reveal submenus in horizontally too. If it does, perhaps its behind the main page content so i cannot see. Hope that explains what i want to say, sorry for poor English knowledge which is not my main language. Thank you in advance.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items or open all the menu items by default when clicked on a mobile hamburger, This requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.

You can only use the single license of the Theme on single site/domain, If you want to use the same Theme on 10 different sites/domains then you have to purchase the 10 different licenses of the Theme separately, and you can Import any Demo on your site as per your requirements. This is Envato policy with every Theme you may wish to confirm from them as well.
2. No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, Those are Menu and set using Custom Links and not dynamic, so this is not possible with that you want. This requires Customization.
