Please do the following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issues:

1. Things you should do first:

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 04/12/2019. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Yes, you can, You have to Import the one demo as main demo on your site, and then Import the second demo on your test site and copy the code or any section from test site to main site, it will work for you, you just have to make sure that both demos must be from same builder like, WP Bakery or Elementor and also you have to understand the license policy for test site as well.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, Short Description is seperate for every single product and you have to add/set/insert the Short Deskription for every single product by editing it.

For my website, I need the ability to have extra options for many of my products (as for some products, I have a minimum order quantity of 70 and then sell them in batches of 10 – 80, 90, 100 etc). hello, where can I update Porto functionality? when I clicked the Porto functionality on the editing page, it doesn’t work. I updated the theme 5.4.4 but no porto functionality zip included only slider, and wpbakery plugin. i tried to update the porto functionality but it says “The plugin is at the latest version.

before I buy your theme, I have two questions: 1- what are the required plugins: and are they all equipped with the theme package? 2- I want to use only the Elementor pro page builder. Will building the page using your theme with this page builder would be as straight-forwards as it is for WPBakery? We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

First of all, please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme/plugins requirements as listed below:

PHP version 7.4.
Memory Limit 256M or higher.
max_execution_time 600 or 1000
memory_limit 256M
max_input_vars 2000

And also make sure that your server must not have any restrictions till you are in the development process and if yes then remove it and then try to Import the Demo I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

whereas I’m trying to get update for my production site and I’m getting this error, this site was installed first in in house local server to customize and moved to the prod server, I’m not able to update site for long and now my CSS is already broken. guys can you please see how i can use this license to prod only and this error can be fixed.
