Help! Since the update i can’t edit a elementor page. It just shows the header & footer but no section, when live, the page is full op content, but when i edit with elementor i can’t do anything

Can you please once check after deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site and if the issue still remains then remain all the third party plugins deactivated and share your site WP Admin Login details via our support system and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization so that we will check and solve the issue for you on your site.
I deactivated all plugins except Elementor – elementor pro & porto theme functions, still te same issue, i maded just a support ticket

The page on which you have Imported the content, edit it, and scroll below, you will finds view options and under view options you will find “Layout & Sidebar”, check it “YES” and set as “Wide Width” as showing below, and check your site after removing the browser cache.

2. Sorry to say that but we have not tested the POS woocommerce plugin with our Theme yet officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, you can try it as per your requirements.
3. You can easily translate the complete Theme using Loco translate plugin as per your requirements.

While Importing any new Demo on your site having content in it, then you have an option: ”Override existing contents”, If you checked it (YES) then it will override all the previous content you have on your site like Posts, Products, Pages, etc.. and vice versa: https://postimg.cc/p9yqzmMP
, so you have to uncheck it and it will not override your existing content.

No it is not working I enabled the ‘Excerpts’ option and set 20 words. that is the reason it is showing few words.
But When I completely disabled it is not working. Of course I disabled all possible caches.

I our theme when I try to do so it is too wide and doesn’t look good. So for now I switched to with sidebar template.
Last time when I suggested some changes you made them and really appreciate for that. Hope you’ll consider these changes as well. I am just trying to make porto from much better to best theme.

Please do the following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issues:
1. Things you should do first:
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Yes, you can, You have to Import the one demo as main demo on your site, and then Import the second demo on your test site and copy the code or any section from test site to main site, it will work for you, you just have to make sure that both demos must be from same builder like, WP Bakery or Elementor and also you have to understand the license policy for test site as well.
