Great theme with great name (my hometown)! :) Congrats!

A few pre-sales questions: 1- is it possible to use Porto theme to create a job board? 2- is Porto compatible with WP Job Manager all core add-ons bundle? 3- is Porto compatible with Restrict Content Pro plugin? 4- is Porto compatible with WP Job Board?

1. Yes, It’s a multipurpose theme, you can use it for any purpose.

2.3.4. Sorry to say that but we have not tested the WP Job Manager, Restrict Content Pro, WP Job Board plugin with our Theme officially yet, so we are unable to suggest you on it, If you want you can try it with the Theme.

I don’t have access to another account right now ( from which i purchase the theme ). However just wanted to let you know, that your theme isn’t working with the latest version of Elementor. It was working perfectly locally then I updated elementor today, and now its not working. My license is under name of ” AALAQUIS LTD ” Please fix that. I’ll obviously submit support as well from purchased account.

I have just tested the same thing on my test site now with the very latest version of the Elementor plugin 3.0.1 just releases a day ago and finds the same issue, you are reporting, I am really sorry for the inconvenience and really thankful to you for notifying this issue to us, I am forwarding this to the development department for testing it in deep and solve it asap with new Theme update, Please be patience till the new Theme update.

For now, please do not update the plugin go with version 2.9.14, and if you already updated the plugin then roll back it to version 2.9.14 from Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control, it will work for you.

Yes, you can, You can simply copy and page from any Demo on your main site by following the steps listed below:

Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Now copy the home Page from a Test site to Live site and set it as Home Page by selecting it from WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> Reading, or like the same way you can copy any page from the test site to live site and It will work for you.

OR

You can use Porto Studio Functionality:

and Import any Demo page on your site.

Hello, Please I am having problem editing my pages and any other pages. It does not show me option for WPBakery when I click edit page,it just goes straight to text. I see there’s an update for WPBakery, please when are you rolling that out?

Please make sure that you have checked “YES” the “pages” in Post Type set as Custom under WP-Bakery >> Role Manager as showing below:

Please try once with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check back your site after removing the browser cache, If this resolves your issue, then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

And for updating the plugin, please delete the old version of the plugin from your site and download the latest version of the plugin from the below-given article and Install and Activate it on your site, it will work for you, and we always update that article link when we test the plugin update with the Theme, so stay tuned with that article:

I use Shop Demo 3 with Elementor. When I upgrade the Elementor plugin to 3.0.0, it breaks the homepage.

here is the console error:

I had to rollback to a previous version which is 2.9.9. Everything works properly now.

Actually, not only homepage. The same issue always appears when I edit any page with Elementor (v3.0.0). I’m not sure this bug is related to Elementor or Porto?

Hello, thanks for the reply, I tried to install the theme and the following message appears: `This link has expired`.

I bought 2 licenses, the last license was the one I changed hosting.

For solve the problem do you have to generate another link? will i need to download the theme again?

This issue occurs when “upload_max_filesize” value is less than the Theme or uploaded file, so please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme/plugins requirements as listed below:

PHP version 7.4.
Memory Limit 256M or higher.
max_execution_time 600 or 1000
memory_limit 256M
max_input_vars 2000
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M

And then try to Install the Theme, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Help! Since the update i can’t edit a elementor page. It just shows the header & footer but no section, when live, the page is full op content, but when i edit with elementor i can’t do anything

Can you please once check after deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site and if the issue still remains then remain all the third party plugins deactivated and share your site WP Admin Login details via our support system and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization so that we will check and solve the issue for you on your site.

The page on which you have Imported the content, edit it, and scroll below, you will finds view options and under view options you will find “Layout & Sidebar”, check it “YES” and set as “Wide Width” as showing below, and check your site after removing the browser cache.

While Importing any new Demo on your site having content in it, then you have an option: ”Override existing contents”, If you checked it (YES) then it will override all the previous content you have on your site like Posts, Products, Pages, etc.. and vice versa: https://postimg.cc/p9yqzmMP
, so you have to uncheck it and it will not override your existing content.

That Sort By is coming from Porto One Page Category element and that element is generated by the Porto Functionality plugin, so you have to translate it by translating it into the Porto Functionality plugin language files as showing below:
