Hello, i updated both my development environment and our production environment to the latest version today. On the dev env we got new versions of the Revolution Slider and WPBakery Page Builder but on our production env we were not asked to upgrade to the new versions. How do we get the new versions of those plugins?

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code and try to Import from Porto Studio again, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Regarding Elementor Version 3.0.1 editing with Elementor not working issue:
We have just tested the same thing on our test site now with the very latest version of the Elementor plugin 3.0.1 just releases a day ago and finds the same issue, customers are reporting, We are really sorry for the inconvenience and really thankful to our customers for notifying this issue to us.
We will release an update of the Theme within a couple of days with solved this issue and for now “Please select “Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced -> Optimized DOM Output” option to disable.”
And please be patience till the new Theme update.

In my blog posts I’ve disabled the breadcrumbs section. How can I make this page title as H1 title. When I enabled the breadcrumbs the H1 title will be displayed besides breadcrumbs. But now there is no H1 tag after disabling breadcrumbs section.
Also how can disable this title under image when title in breadcrumbs is active. Because duplicate titles is not a good idea on same page.

First of all when you duplicate your breadcrumbs for a post page then it means there is no title showing on breadcrumbs so removing the title under post image is not making any sense. Because you need at least one title to show on blog posts pages.
And to make this title H1 you have to customize blog posts templates and your theme files. For that go to wp-content >> themes >> porto and open each content-post php file as shown in screenshot: http://i.prnt.sc/W9XIhowaQHWJyIu1cM8W4A.png

These are theme backend files and they override with new files when you update the theme. So I suggest you edit them and take backup of these files so whenever you update them you can easily override new files with your customized files.
OR
Try to Install the Child Theme override the functions of the Parent Theme using Custom Code.

Hi, i am checking to buy this theme because our current theme gives to much errors but i have a few questions wich i hope you can awnser.
-Our current website is based on elementor builder. if i change theme will it look the same or i have to make everything new?
-If we use elementor as main page builder, can we still make the header and footers like the examples? or do you have other options then?
-We also have an integrated shop (woocommerce) but i see alot of different demos. can i rebuild this with elementor? or is the options with elementor and woocommerce limited?

1. If you change your Theme, mostly it will look the same and maybe some parts will not work which you have made to use the elements of your other Theme.
2. Porto WordPress has the different Theme Options for Header and Footer.
3. You can create your store with Elementor using any Elementor Shop Demo as per your requirements as showing on our Demo site here:

@pt-support2, thanks for your super fast response! so i can make any webshop template with elementor as in the demo? because our current theme didnt had that option and its really basics (not even filter or change of sidebar is possible) so our current webshop is really basic but we want it better and more organized. Because the clip/video i see is with wp bakery?

I don’t have access to another account right now ( from which i purchase the theme ). However just wanted to let you know, that your theme isn’t working with the latest version of Elementor. It was working perfectly locally then I updated elementor today, and now its not working. My license is under name of ” AALAQUIS LTD ” Please fix that. Yes, you can, You can simply copy and page from any Demo on your main site by following the steps listed below:
Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Now copy the home Page from a Test site to Live site and set it as Home Page by selecting it from WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> Reading, or like the same way you can copy any page from the test site to live site and It will work for you.

You can use Porto Studio Functionality:

Please try once with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check back your site after removing the browser cache, If this resolves your issue, then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

I use Shop Demo 3 with Elementor. When I upgrade the Elementor plugin to 3.0.0, it breaks the homepage.

This issue occurs when “upload_max_filesize” value is less than the Theme or uploaded file, so please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme/plugins requirements as listed below:
PHP version 7.4.
Memory Limit 256M or higher.
max_execution_time 600 or 1000

max_input_vars 2000
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64MAnd then try to Install the Theme, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.
