Please do the following debugging processes one by one listed below, It will help you in solving your issue.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the Private Store for WooCommerce extension with our Theme officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, you can try it with the Theme at your own risk, and there is no such option in the Theme for Private Store Functionality.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested our Theme with Divi builder officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, Our Theme is fully compaitable with WP Bakery, Elementor, Gutenberg plugins and they are pre packaged with our Theme, If you only wants to use the Divi Builder you can try it at your own risk.

Hi Guys, the site URL is already https and I am already using Let’s Encrypt with forced https enabled. I have also tried using a database search and replace plugin but that also hasn’t worked. I need to ensure this is resolved is it possible you to have a look at the site?
OK the really simple ssl worked. I was also wondering if it was possible to move the site to use elementor instead of wp bakery without losing my content? I used shop demo 14 I think which has both a wp bakery and elementor demo.

after updating the theme from 3.1 to 5.4.5 the theme is broken, seems that wpbakery doesn’t work correctly and the style is lost. I opened a ticket but no answer and i have the website in bad conditions… this is not good!

Hi, I like your theme, it has almost everything that is required for good ecommerce site. I am just concerned with the mailchimp plugin compatibility with your theme. As I see you have clearly mentioned MailPoet. but my Data relies heavily with Mailchimp. Is it possible in your wide mega menu to have more than one `bolded item’ per column? eg on your landing page: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto_landing/ under the ELEMENTS, your have ELEMENTS 1, 2, 3, 4 in 4 columns
Is it possible to have another bolded title in the column eg: Under ELEMENTS 1 in that column say make the Buttons item the same font/style as the column title?
