1. I’m keen to know what features does the theme have for a customer who has signed up. For example: Can a registered user see sale history with past transaction records? track shipping? or returns? can we issue coupons codes to loyal customers – basically features that would benefit a customer other than just a simple wish list management and checkout process?
2. I would love to explore this theme further before making a purchase. However, cannot see demo login credentials anywhere.
3. Does the theme offer 360 product view?
4. What the theme limitations in terms of payment gateway integration? I understand it works with woocommerce, but are there any theme specific limitations in terms of integrating a payment gateway?

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can not add the Tooltip to swatches, There is no such option in the Theme for it, This requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. I bought 3 of the porto themes a while ago. I don’t need support but I would like to know if the porto theme did not come with Visual composer license then do I need to renew the licence on my own?
If I renew the licence will it create any issues.
I have been using the free version of Visual composer that came with the porto theme until now and that’s all I need but all of a sudden after the WordPress update 5.5.1 the backend editor of visual composer disappeared. You guys have been working with Visual composer for a while, I hope you can help.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can not use the one Page Builder to another Imported Demo content, you have to reset your WordPress and Import the particular Page Builder Demo version again which you want to use on your site, This will work for you.

Hi, I’ve upgraded wordpress, woocommerce and Porto theme to the newest versions and there is something wrong with displayig products on the grid. There are displayed only pictures of products and the rest elements (like price, name f product, reviews, add to cart button) appears only in hover state in chaotic way. Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and finds and comment out the /Shop/ CSS for a while save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

That is coming from the Porto Modal Box element, If you do not want to use that newsletter pop-up form, then simply edit your Home Page and delete the Porto Modal Box element, it will solve your issue.

It’s not daily deals but yes you can make it as daily deals, We have used the Porto Sale Products element for creating those sections and Porto Sale Products will show all the Products which are on sale, so you have to change the Products on Sale daily and it will become the daily deals for your site

, ask your hosting provider to solve the issue for you on your site and regarding “porto-styles” not generates itself when save changed from Theme Options, so its purely the permission issue, Yes, I have read your point, you already set the permission but sometimes, service providers applied restrictions on accounts so that user changes will not affect the server, maybe that is the reason, again, please contact your hosting provider and ask to check the permissions for you once and try again. Otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so that we will check and provide you the best possible solution for it.
