This is not our Theme issue but your server and site cache issue please check your site console and you will find the cause of the issue remove the cache and deactivate all the cache plugins from your site and check back your site after removing the browser cache, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/pmhKXMyX

Hi there, whenever I try to open any of the theme pages done by elementor I face this message: “you must call the_content function in the current template, in order for elementor to work on this page” do I need to have elementor pro to be able to tweak the theme? if not required, what should I do to open the page design for small adjustments?

I am sorry this is not our Theme issue and nor Elementor Pro plugin required to use the Theme, The the_content function is a WordPress function that gets the content from the database and prints it on the screen. Given that Elementor’s content replaces the content of the page, if this function is not called for, then Elementor cannot work. Read more on the_content function on WordPress.org.

Sorry to say that but you can not directly edit the Shop Page because it is an Archive page and you can not directly edit any of the Archive pages.

Please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Content and click on any Demo, Then click on “Details” and check “Yes” to ”Import Element Pages” as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/cgSJ9sbD , It will Import all the shortcode pages on your site and you can then choose any style of any element and use it.
And if you only want that above Tabs page, then contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will set the page for you on your site.

Sorry to say that but there is no such Functionality on the Theme for the Buy Now button, The Theme provides Add to Cart Functionality which is the default functionality of the WooCommerce and for Buy Now button Functionality you have to use any third party plugin for it which better meets your requirements.

These are the Tags you have created and has been assigned to your products, and the Shortcode is the element Shortcode named as “Porto Product Tag Widget” as showing below and there is no such option in the element to limit the Tags, you have to remove those tags which do not want to show there.

This is only possible by changing the Menu Items position Like you have set the 3 Columns for Mega Menu and you want 6 sub Menu Items Columns so you can achieve it by setting the hierarchy of the Sub Menu as 6 Columns, I have created a video for you, Please watch the below-given video.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can not set a button on which click show the rest of the Menu Items, There is no option in the Theme for it, This requires Customization, You can use Mega Menu and set those in Mega Menu as per your requirements, Please watch this video:

This is because of the Hover Effect, If you do not want to change the Image on Hover, then simply go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives and turn OFF the Hover Effect from there, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.
