This bug is giving me HEADACHE !!

Whenever I head up to vendor’s Dashboard. The big annoying PRODUCT IMAGE comes and only below that image, i can see vendor’s dashboard.

I tried Deleting the image directly, but again another product image comes. (i don’t know from where such image is coming from) I tried deleting existing page and created another page but also same problem !!

, Please make sure that you have not set the Featured Image on the particular Vendor Shop Page, If yes then please remove the Featured Image from that Page by editing that page from Admin account and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope you will not finds the issue and if yes, then please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login so we will check it for you.

How can I create a second (temporary) productcategory ? For example, when I have shoes as a productcategory in my shop, and before christmas I want to select some of them to the productcategory “christmas gifts”, but still want to let them in the productcategory “shoes”. I want to have a slider or a picture link especially for christmas gifts. Is that possible ?

, You have to follow the same steps showing in the video, and create sub-sub Categories as per your requirements and assign to any Parent Category, It will work for you.

Yes, you can easily create a Slider and set links to Images under slider by using Porto Carousel and Single Image element under it multiple times, and apply the Links to Image Click as per your requirements.

1. For last visited products: You can use “Porto Recently Viewed Widget” element and set it as per your requirements on any page anywhere and this does not provide the functionality of showing as the carousel.

2. For Similar Products: Please add/assign the similar products to the same Category and use “Porto Product Category” element and set it as slider and select the particular Category for showing products on any page and where on your site: https://screenshot.net/omyd6sn

3. Again you can use “Porto Product Category” element for showing the distinctive products on your site.

Hello, when I create a new product to my shop I am able to sort them to a productcategory and a sub-productcategory. How can I create a sub-sub-category ? Do I need an added plugin to create a three step productcategory tree ? How can I create a menu with all three productcategory levels involved ?

You can easily create the Sub-Sub Category of the Product from Products >> Category, Please see this video I have created for you: https://jmp.sh/N72zgYT
and regarding adding those categories and sub and sub-sub categories into Menu you have to add and set it under Menu as per your requirements.

Please go to Appearance >> Menu >> Click the Screen Options Button on the top right corner of the screen >> Select the Product Categories Option >> Then you will see the Product Categories Menus in the below list to add them to the Menu. http://prntscr.com/fhhvws

Really sorry for the inconvenience, I tested it on Android Phone but not finds the issue and I have just again tested it on IPhone now and finds you are right, there is an issue with sticky header, I am forwarding this to the development department for testing and fixing it with the upcoming update of the Theme, till that please be patience.

Since updating Porto Theme the other day, I have problems. My Products page is completely messed up.

*Products now are completely mis-aligned. *Theme Ignores settings for products Page, For example i ask for it to display 12 products, 4 products per row. But it displays just 10 products with 3 products per row. *Products now display shortened product Title. For Example. Previously displayed “Vauxhall Corsa VXR Garrett Conversion Intake” over 2 Lines. Now it shows “Vauxhall Corsa VXR Garre…” Over one line…

Sound’s Good!, That you have managed to solve your issue by yourself, and for your information, Yith WooCommerce Wishlist plugin is bundled with the Theme and you can easily Install it by going into Appearance >> Install Plugins after Installing and Activating the Theme.

Hi there,

New vertical lines have been added to the “header-top” and “footer-bottom” with new theme update 5.0. I tried to find the option in theme setting page to remove them without adding CSS styles against to the below styles, but I couldn’t.

Really sorry for the inconvenience, but this is not true at all, There are hundreds of Customers updated the Theme and do not finds the issue, the only issue while Theme update finds you on your site, this just not mean that there is a bug in the Theme update, The issue is only on your site and which may be because of the Cache or any third party plugin or Some kind of JS/CSS minification, And you have not contacted us for any kind of help as well, So I suggest you to please contact us via our support system: http://portotheme.com/support, with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check your issue and solve it for you on your site.

You have to use Yith Ajax Reset Filter under Woo Category Sidebar, This is the only one Reset Filter provides you the button to reset the Filters on Shop and Category Pages and you will find it under Widget once you activate the Yith Ajax Product Filter plugin comes with the Theme Package.

What is the image size in your sample products in shop4 demo?

Those are High Resolution Images around 1000×1000, but you always have to set your Shop Page Images by using WooCommerce Image Size Option, Please read and follow the instructions written in the below given articles:
