the last update of plugin Porto Theme – Functionality (ver.1.7.7) doesn’t work. i have update the latest version of porto template 5.4.6 and i have active the porto child version 1.1. before the updating everything worked fine. Now not anymore. I can’t modify “product’s description” in my products in woocommerce. I sent a ticket to support.

You can change the layout of the Portfolio from Porto >> Theme Options >> Portfolio >> Portfolio Archives as showing below and you can change the Portfolio Item hover color on Archive page using Custom CSS only, please share the URL of the page and the screenshot which hover you are talking about so that I’ll check and provide you the best possible solution for it.

Does anyone know how I can make the footer and header area full width? I have changed the settings in ‘General’ multiple times (set to ‘Wide’) but there is absolutely no effect and I am quite sure it is not a caching issue as I have been flushing very regularly. I’m really at a loss and have not been able to get an answer through support so far.

Hey! One of my customers is using your theme and now he have hired a SEO agency to help him with the site. They are complaining about the hidden
as Google is preferring things that can be seen by the human eyes. He have been setting his own H1 titels so now he got double. We suggested ro remove what he set, but they say it’s better to remove the hidden H1 as it’s not visible.
Now I can do that by removing the code from the page template, but do you have a hook or any other suggestion how to remove it?

Sorry to say that but there is no such hook, and this is added in breadcrumbs, your client turned ON the breadcrumbs on his site but not the title and that is the reason the title is hidden, simply if your client turned OFF the breadcrumbs then that code will be removed otherwise you have to remove it manually as you did for your client, and please ask your client if has any other query contact us via our support system with his Theme purchased Envato account.

Okay the problem was that because of the https prot. It didnt dowloaded the stylesheets(mixed content issue). A plugin (mixed content fix) solve this problem.Nonetheless thanks the reply.

This is not our Theme issue but this is your “siteground-optimizer” issue, I can see your site CSS is coming from “siteground-optimizer” so please turn it OFF and remove all the server cache as CDN activated on your site from server: https://postimg.cc/Xrv8pd3W and site cache and finally check back after removing the browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue and if yes then, please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP-Admin Login details with us via our support system and with a screenshot of your issue so that our experts will check it for you and provide you the best possible solution for it.

Please see the above link, This is clearly showing in the above link that the Speed of the site is slow because of the Images has not been optimized and Compressed and because of JS and CSS has not been minified and because of the Server as well.
Porto Comes with the default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.
