Hi, I have an image in the top banner (option background overlay of the page) which appears on all my pages, except on that of the blog. - Could you tell me how to activate the background overlay for the blog pages. regards, Michael

You can use Advanced Layout Builder to create your blog page and add banner on the top of the page and then simply go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout > Blog Layout > Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog layout

Hi, precisely !... if I go by this path, the banner at the top of the page does not display the background-overlay, on the Blog page and the article page (detail post page). When the background-overlay is activated with an image (.png) in the page banner. regards, Michael.

I noticed on a clients site that with the latest release of Enfold that when trying to install any of the demos you get a curl error 28. (running php 7.4 and memory limit set way higher than needed). I uninstalled it and uploaded an older release of Enfold and it installed a demo worked fine. (client is running it with a child theme).

Hi, Great theme, well done guys! Just a short enquiry though… our Enfold website says the WP Core is up to date with v.5.4.2, but the latest version of WP Core is v.5.7.2. We aren’t getting an option to update. Just wondered if you can shed any light on why this is happening please? TY in advance.

Hello, I bought your theme today and trying to activate it in a clean wordpress installation. It crashes the website. I cannot do anything because I’m taking back a critical error. With the 20theme I do not have this problem. I registered to your support but I cannot find where to post a support ticket. What is going on? When I activate it everything crashes. I have not even installed a demo. Also I cannot find where to register the theme…
Update: I get this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /home/awglabtonia/public_html/stgeorge-stdemetrios/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/html-helper.class.php on line 3215 It is a Memory limit issue. You are currently using an older version of the theme, version 4.5.4 which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Updating the theme should help.

Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates

Plugins like WP Rocket clear cache of updated page/post automatically. If you are using a plugin which does not offer such feature, please consider contacting plugin authors and request such feature or ask them how to enable it

Which version of Enfold are you currently using? If you are using a version older than 4.5, you would need to manually update to the latest version in order for it to work. Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5. That might be the reason why it is not working.

Can I change the mouse over overlay? Right now when I hover over images, I see a semi transparent white overlay over images and a circle with an arrow. I want to just have the semi transparent overlay and no circle. Thanks

Hello I would like to make a question ! As a freelancer if I buy your extended licence is that mean that I create as many website as I want for clients without having to pay again for enfold theme . In other words can I make offers at fiverr and upwork for creating websites with your template and charge them what ever I want with out having to pay all the time regular licence. Is it extended licence available to create as many websites as I want with out having to pay anything else extra? Please if it’s possible I would like to inform me as I am very interesting of starting a website gig with your template .

No, that would be developer license however there is not such license type on ThemeForest/Envato. As you can see on licensing page – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard, you would need a separate license for each end product. In your case, you would need to purchase a regular license for each of your clients.
