Yes but to be honest, finding an animated counter for HTML would be easier for you. Unfortunately, we cannot help you implement Animated Counter element to your HTML site. If you would consider switching to WordPress, that would of course make things a lot easier

In Blog Posts element, you can choose to display “Read more” button. If you would like to use Portfolio Grid element – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/portfolio-grid/, you can use a filter as following in functions.php file to display a text or button

add_filter('avf_portfolio_grid_excerpt','new_avf_portfolio_grid_excerpt');
function new_avf_portfolio_grid_excerpt(){
    return "click here to view the details";
}

If latter is more suitable for you, we can help you with adjusting the code

1- Yes, you can. Here is an example from Freelancer demo – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-freelancer/. To have one page layout and also other pages though, you would need a little customization or to use a plugin. You can find instructions here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/#different-menu-for-different-pages

2- That is also possible. You can see examples on the same Freelancer demo on all sections except for the first one but it is possible to set it for the first one and make it fullwidth – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-freelancer/

You can use Advanced Layout Builder to create your blog page and add banner on the top of the page and then simply go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout > Blog Layout > Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog layout

Hi, precisely !... if I go by this path, the banner at the top of the page does not display the background-overlay, on the Blog page and the article page (detail post page). When the background-overlay is activated with an image (.png) in the page banner. regards, Michael.

Update: I get this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /home/awglabtonia/public_html/stgeorge-stdemetrios/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/html-helper.class.php on line 3215 It is a Memory limit issue.
