Hi, Is there a way to deactivate the zoom feature on product images just on mobile version? Because this feature does not permit the thumb scroll of the page. Hey again guys, I want to notice you that I found a little annoying issue on the menu in mobile version, iPhone only. Here is a version of the issue on my site (local): https://streamable.com/eq9q42 You can see that when I scroll back up the white space on top is overly the menu. To confirm it’s not something on my local only I checked this theme (https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-help-center/) and I found the same issue. Do you know how to fix it? it’s really annoying when I scroll back up.

Yes I have noticed a change in the Safari browser but this is not the case here. On other websites there is indeed a white space on top but the website’s content itself (like the menu) is not changing at all, and the space doesn’t overlay it.
I don’t have an additional phone to record it at the moment, if you want you can check how it looks on other websites or tomorrow I will send you a video with an example

As you can see there is a big white space on top of the website’s content (including menu), but website’s content itself isn’t moving at all. In my website (and theme) if I scroll back up the menu’s items are moving and the space overlay the website’s content. This is very annoying every time I scroll back up.

Hi tovbar! First of all, please don’t compare custom-built websites with a theme whose purpose is to give users the possibility to have multiple options combined, so please avoid these comparisons. Secondly, you are looking at sites that do not have the same functionality. In your examples, there is only a sticky menu and not sticky and hide like Uncode. Moreover, the menu of these sites is flat, not even transparent! Try to use this code (without the Hide mobile option), but there is nothing else to do if it does not work!

Please see the space between the image and the menu, not the white space before the menu which is Safari related.
I think it’s good to compare because you have also an option to choose a flat menu, not just transparent one. I’m just interested to let you know about these kind of small issues I find so you can choose to fix in the future, even if they’re not very critical. Of course it’s absolutely your choice and anyway you guys are amazing and your product is absolutely wonderful, I just want to support you

The code you provided absolutely solved the problem, but caused this white space to appear between the page’s content (image) and menu. If you can send me additional CSS code that will fix this new space, everything will work perfectly. .

Hello, I’m sorry but that’s normal, sometimes the browser scrolls down the fixed element as well, when it “thinks” you’re trying to refresh the page, sometimes it keeps them fixed and makes bounce the rest if it “thinks” you are simply scrolling the content. The menus on my site https://www.a-fotografy.co.uk/ have stopped working on mobile, the drop downs under “family” and “wedding” appear to have visibility set to hidden, and if I override this, they are not clickable.

Hi, I was using the ‘Product category’ widget to list the products categories on my shop on the following site : https://kahuhome.com/boutique/
Since a couple of weeks, it’s no longer possible to filter my shop articles based on the category…When I select a category in the dropdown, it’s always showing me all articles instead of the selected category.
Even filter on Tags doesn’t work anymore…The only one working is the ‘Product layered nav” widget that I use to filter color attributes.
Did something change on Uncode side? I didn’t change anything on my side.

We are plugin developers and we’re looking to add an integration between our B2BKing plugin (for woocommerce) and Uncode. We need to limit products shown to specific IDs.
Is there a filter / hook where we can pass an array of “visible” product IDs?
Usually we use ‘woocommerce_product_query’ and we set the ‘post__in’ argument to the query, but this does not seem to work with Uncode. I am looking for a filter / hook where we can specify a “post__in” argument to the products query so only specific products can be shown (this is dynamic and different for every user).

Replace the content of wp-content/plugins/uncode-core/includes/vc_extend/modules/uncode-index/extend.php with that file.
You will have a new filter, “uncode_get_uncode_index_args” that allows you to filter the WP_Query args of the uncode_index shortcode (Posts Module).

Hi, there is a bug in your complicated transparency menu system:
Having a dark skinned header only applies header transparency from “theme options -> customize -> dark” if you set the “theme options -> customize -> light” value of the header to 99%.

Hi ctekk! We don’t have many reports for this difficult system, but we take note that it is a complicated for you. But there is no bug. You can not have a transparent menu if you apply 100% of the color, which precisely by definition is a non-transparent color, so exactly the transparent menu is considered when there is no non-transparent color from 99% down.
Just replicate the issue and you will understand. To apply the transparency from a dark skin header, I have to set the transparency from the light skin options cutomizations menu to 99% AND set the dark skin options to a transparent value. Sounds strange? Yeah, doesn’t make sense. But keep neglecting it.
You even have help articles regarding the complicated process and even a video on this topic with 5.000 views. Clearly I am not the only one who is troubled by your process. It doesn’t make sense if you only want a transparent menu on one page.
I understand your note, but that is how it actually works. There are options to have a non-transparent menu on a page or types of pages, but not the contrary (i.e., having transparency only on one).
Yes but why do I have to set the opacity on light skin options to 99% when the row gets its options from dark skin options which is set to 0% opacity.
Why is it this way:
Light Skin Options Opacity 100%
Dark Skin Options Opacity 0%
-> Result = (Dark Skin Header) Menu Opacity is 100%
Light Skin Options Opacity 99%
Dark Skin Options Opacity 0%
-> Result = (Dark Skin Header) Menu Opacity is 0%

Okay thanks, I just wanted to be sure that you understand it. I am surprised this is not a bug. It seems so illogical for me but maybe that’s just me. I am sad because except this one thing I always loved working with your theme.
For me my most needed use case is that I need one page (mostly home) to have a transparent menu that gets a solid background as soon as the user scrolls down. It could be as simple as having a checkbox on single page option. The way I need to implement this is now by having transparency for all and then excluding everything but the home via css.
Noted, Uncode’s default behaviour doesn’t fit your needs in this case, sorry for that, of course, however, as said before, if you need assistance with the CSS code, just share your page link and we’ll do our best to assist you.

please, update Uncode to the latest version (and maybe post your comments from the same account you used to purchase the theme, it is very important to help us to avoid providing support for illegal copies of Uncode). I see your site is running the latest versions both of WordPress and WooCommerce, so you definitely have to update Uncode as well, otherwise we can’t understand if your issues come from incompatibility between versions.

2.5.03 messed up the look/feel of 4 of my websites running Uncode. Just a heads up. It changed nav bar options, accent color options, etc.
Just a warning for anyone looking to update today (Nov 16).
UPDATE: 2 are now fine but the other 2 end up in a cycle where it acts like the update didn’t install and it won’t actually go through. (But it did initially go through enough to change some settings. I think the lock of being able to update the Uncode Core is the problem.)
Hello, sorry for the problem and thanks for the head-sup, however if the update it’s gone fine for some sites and not for others I can only assume it’s a CDN distribution issue which unfortunately we can’t control, or perhaps some server or network glitch. As far as we can check, on our end the files are all correctly updated, but we continue to monitor this to be sure. Thank you very much.

Hi, it seems that Accordion elements has a strange behavior scolling items when opening some sections. As you can se here https://www.picadillo.it/menu-platos-2 , when you open “Platos especiales” having “Antojitos” already opened it not scrolls to the first element. Same thing happens when opening “Tacos”.

We are sorry but we don’t have other users reporting this issue, if this was an issue of Uncode here you should read tons of similar comments, you should ask your server why you have this error.

I have already contacted my hosting: they said it’s not a server problem and think the error is caused by a large number of php and cgi scripts running concurrently. But the site in question is very light and there are very few images loaded in the media library. The problem occurs just when I open the media library in the builder. Hi oikosarea! Yes, I understand, but it’s not something we can debug here, since as I explained, it happens due to some limitation of your host, and it’s an error related to server limits. If it were a common Uncode error, it would have already been fixed and replicable on all installations. If you need to add items and you’re stuck, from here I can only suggest as a workaround to enter them manually, copying the ID and putting in the shortocode:

I say partly because the fix works on all browsers (Safari, Firefox & Opera), but it unfortunately does not on Chrome for some reasons, which is the most used browser.
Abut the Facebook issue, the issue is across all browser and not just Safari. I’ll try contacting my host support anyway.

I understand, and I can imagine how many of such requests you might be getting but like anyone sadly else I do not have any one else to ask as I am doing everything myself.
Also, as you may understand, I never really made my site public before few months ago, which is when I faced these issues and unfortunately my support was linked to the day of the theme purchase and not when I began using the theme or make my site public. So my ‘support’ has unfortunately expired as you may understand.
I do not really have any issues at all with the theme except these tiny details. If you are willing to just provide some guidance like you did before, may I please email you my site url to check and the tiny issue that I am facing? Maybe you could just guide me?

Point being customer service should be ultimately treated on a contextual basis, whilst ensuring the customer isn’t taking advantage. It should not be a dictatorial flat rule for all, like in pre-historic times. Times, they are a changin’.
Of course, you are not yet successful as Apple yet, but I do hope you maybe get there or somewhere close someday.

i have just noticed that the images for the yoast image sitemaps are not passed over to yoast at original size, which means thumbnail sizes are showing up in the final sitemap. not sure if this has always been the case, but i don’t think so, as i have been inspecting sitemaps closely. changeing line 88 of class-uncode-yoast.php to ‘full’ instead of ‘large’ did the trick, but i cannot override the file in my child theme. not a coder, so i have no idea of any other implications of that change… would be great if you could implement that though. thanks a lot!
Hi joergbonner! I’ll pass your information on to the developers, if this is a correct fix it will be part of the next Uncode update. If, however, it’s not something applicable, I’ll let you know the reasons why, and a possible workaround.
