For the contact form 7 date picker it is necessary to insert in the child theme function.php add_filter (‘wpcf7_support_html5_fallback’, ‘__return_true’); to be able to view the date and calendar field also on mobile devices with safari. it does not work. do you have to activate something in the theme options?

I really like your theme and I wanted to know if you had set up a real header builder (as other premium themes can offer).
1 – Can we easily integrate elements in the header (button, text box…) and place them where we want?
2 – Can we set up a different header on mobile?
3 – Can we set up a different header in sticky mode on desktop?
4 – Can we manage a topbar, even on mobile?
Is there a video tutorial to see what it looks like?

Hello – Trying to customize the mobile menu, so it more closely matches the font treatment on our desktop site. For instance, our desktop version has all-caps slightly tracked out. Also the spacing between the menu items is a bit bunched up. Is there a setting buried in theme options or in another area of Wordpress that allows me to customize that? All I’ve found so far is font size. Thanks!

Hi iblamemiranda! It seems you have a super old version of Uncode. You need to update the theme and the required plugins, since you have a very old version it’s strongly suggested to performa a backup first: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214001205
i actually updated it to the latest version right after i posted this comment, also i updated all my plugins but the images are still blurry. This happened once last year but i can not remember how i fixed it. So with everything updated but still blurry how do you suggest i fix it? Thanks so much!

Hi! Yes i updated everything, i updated the Uncode Core Plugin, i also enabled Dynamic Srcset as you suggested, images are STILL blur. I really don’t know why is my website still using the old file you screenshoted for me as i do nothing but update the newest version of the theme from the dashboard. I do not do anything or modify anything. This happens every few months. I somehow fix it, then in few months without me touching anything on a site except posting a blog, images just go blur out of nowhere. I mean i really need to figure out why this keeps happening on this theme only, all the time? I did everything you suggested. Images are still blur. What else can i do? Thank you!
Hi iblamemiranda! We don’t see you are using the new Dynamic Src suggested method, the output its still the one of the old Adaptive Images. Anyway, the problem seems caused by the CDN setup you have. Try to implement the last hook suggested on this page (you need to insert the functions.php of your Child Theme): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000793697
Hi! Yes i figured out its the CDN issue since the images fixed when i unchecked the CDN enable button. Should i paste your code and turn it back on? Can i just ask you which one do i paste, the first one for the images or the third one for the blurry images issue? Also, this part you said: “paste these relevant codes in your Child Theme and change the variable ”$ cdn_url” with the URL of your CDN.”, where exactly would i find the cdn url? I only see the enable/disable button for the CDN in my hosting dashboard? Thanks so much for the help!
Hi iblamemiranda! We are sorry but we cannot know your CDN URL, especially now that you have deactivated it. Anyway, your CDN support know this, you just need to update the value and insert the code in the functions.php of your Child Theme.

Hi antijulo! This is the new version, it seems you have an old version of Uncode with the old Demo Contents. You should update Uncode, delete this page (delete means not only Trash the page, but delete completely), and import the page again, so that Uncode can import the new version.
Hello, long time user here. Was wondering if there is a supported plugin for advanced WC product filtering. I love Uncode but product filtering and search is just not enough for 2022 standards. So if there a plugin that can enhance uncode mechanism would like to know. Would be great if you work on this.

I’ve noticed that the estimated reading time always shows 1 minute of reading time (I’m using Traditional Chinese), even when the word count is over 2,000 words. Is there anything that needs to be set? Also, is there a way to modify “Minutes” into other text, thanks.

Unfortunately I can’t tell you if the plugin that is used to create the Reading Time also supports Chinese language but probably not, I need to hear from the developers and I’ll let you know. Surely something happened in this domain name change you did, please note that in WordPress the references to the domain name are also intrinsic in th se database, so it seems that now the necessary files are no longer found (but as said this is a guess). What method did you use to do this ‘migration’?

After today’s update of woocommerce there are extra add-to-cart buttons displayed on shop page. I think this should always be handled by support and not make me buy AGAIN the same theme.
Hi martinus101! First of all support expiration is one of the policy of the marketplace you have accepted by the moment you buy an item, so you cannot complain about this. Moreover this is not something we invented for Uncode but it’s the same for all Envato Market themes. Here you can ask for quick support, otherwise an user can renew the support period, but as already told these are the Envato Market policies valid for all themes.
Anyway, we don’t have other similar reports from all our users that use WooCommerce, and we are also not able to replicate in all our installations (developers checked now for you), so please be sure it’s not related to some possible Child Theme modifications or related to some possible extra plugins.
I meant, if this turns out to be a theme issue (shop and other pages), then it would be strange to pay again. But I also asked woocommerce a response. For now I have function remove_add_to_cart_buttons on shop and archive page. And from the post module I can display add to cart on the pictures.

By the way, this is support. You are not able to reset your license cause you have installed Uncode too many times. “You are not able to reset your license cause you have installed Uncode too many times” – What too many times? How am I supposed to deregister UNCODE license when the hosting data center had a crash (https://cybernews.com/news/a-major-incident-wiped-data-on-web-hosting-canada-servers/ or https://financialpost.com/technology/tech-news/web-hosting-canada-reveals-cause-of-outage) and there’s no option to contact you on your website even with an active license if support has expired, except for this comment section, there is no door to get help.
