Hi, i have a problem when i try define the content blocks for products in theme options. When a clink on update button its saved, but when i refresh the page still shows “default” instead “content block”. Something related with the Warning “PHP max_input_vars”? When i edit others thing as palette is everything ok.

This can mean two things, that you have not extended this value (please note that every server handles this in a way, so directions you find on some online article may not work for you), or that your host has 1000 as Master limit (so you cannot override this very low value). I suggest you check using this plugin, once activated you see in the first column the local values, in the second column the Master values of the server: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-server-stats/
Hi, I purchased Uncode some time ago but have just made a clean install of Wordpress and installed the theme again. When I go to import the demo data, I get the message “Ooops, the Demo Content couldn’t be imported all in once”. Can somebody help me with this?
Hi tweednelson! Unfortunately, without the possibility to access your installation it’s not easy to tell you why you have this problem but it’s server-related, for example, this can be an issue with resources or permissions (in fact, the theme works on top of your server).

Thanks for the speedy response. I have been talking to the support team for my hosting provider for nearly a week and they say there is no error being logged and that it must be the theme. I have tried the Wireframes plugin but that doesn’t work either. Essentially, I can’t do anything with the theme. To submit a ticket, I need to pay again for support, right?

Yes, it seems obvious to me that they say that the problem is the theme, but if this were true you would see hundreds of similar messages every week on this message wall, but it doesn’t seem to be the case (after all, almost every user uses Demo Import after buying the theme). Hi INKCstudios! I’m sorry but apart from the plugins for which we declare compatibility I can’t tell you if this plugin works with Uncode, there are more than 30.000 plugins out there. I searched in our Help Center and there are no tickets, this could mean that there are no compatibility problems, or that none of our customers use it. Try to ask the plugin authors if they grant a refund if it doesn’t work.
Hello there, some of my clients (and also myself) are facing the issue of “not be able to save” something in the backend.
Problem is that we often wanted to change some texts, images or buttons, but we are not able to click on the “save” button of the editing-windows, such as text-window or button-window. And this has been an on-going-issue since a while, which has become really frustrating for my clients, and for me. Sometimes, we needed to retry to change for over 10 times until the “save” button is clickable.
After talking with a programmer, he said that it’s the issue of the theme plus the WPbakery itself. Please, help me about it.
PS: We are using the newest version of the theme, plugins and wordpress. Please, help. It’s kinda urgend.
Hello, sorry for the issue, however, so far no one else has reported the same problem. Or rather: if I remember correctly, it was an error in old versions, another user wrote to us about it about 4 years ago and the problem was solved with Uncode v.1.6.4.1. What version of Uncode and WPBakery are you using? Does the problem occur on all browsers and OSes or only on some?

Hi vonadmytra! As told we cannot help too much if the problem is related to this plugin TranslatePress you use, you need to ask what they changed. We promote Uncode as WPML certified theme, not TranslatePress, and moreover from your description what changed is not in Uncode (in fact, other users are not reporting the same problem).
Good day Uncode, Recently I wanted to update my theme and previously I have bought uncode before and register with the relevant product key. Now when I decided to update the theme, it says error that it has a problem registering the theme. It asks me to deregister the theme amd register again. After I did that, it says I have exceed the limit of registering the theme and thus I cant update my theme.

Hi thurzz! No we are sorry but we never shown a sticky footer in none of the page of our demo, so this is not an option. You can create something like the link with a few line of CSS (making the elements absolute positioning), obviously this is something that only works if you have virtually no content on the page, like the example that only has text.

The website (WooCommerce) is selling variable products, let’s say t-shirts. The variation on the product is the size. So I will have products with the sizes XS – S – M – L – XL. Some products will be available only in S – M – L sizes. In this case, the other variations (XS – XL) will not be active / enabled.
Later, i might have the XS for some products and not have any M size. Some products might be available only for the sizes XS – S – XL. And so on.
What I need to do is show the user the available variations, for example S – M – L. That’s easy to manage on the product page and it’s done. But I also need to do it in the ‘shop’ page.
The ‘shop’ page is a proper WP page and is created with the ‘Posts’ module using only ‘products’ while building the query. The result is a grid with all the products in the shop, and for each product we have: main picture of the product, name of the product, price.
I would need to add, after the price, also the available sizes. Let’s say S – M – L. How can I do that?
At the moment I’m using a custom field to show that content but I need to update the field content when a size is sold-out or when is back on stock. I would like to have it dynamic.
I’m able to get the available sizes for each product but I don’t know how to show that value in the products grid.

Hi spreda! No, we are sorry, but at the moment, there is no way to make dynamic what you need. The developers are working on a new WooCommerce mode with many more options that will become an alternative to the current Posts module. Unfortunately I can’t give you a release date because it’s still in development (will probably not be part of the first major update planned for this year, but part of the second).

Uncode is brilliant. However, I can’t update the theme as incorrectly receiving an error…”According to the Envato License Terms, you have exceeded the maximum number of activations permitted for a single Purchase Code. Please purchase an additional license.” The theme is only being used for one website and don’t think it’s right I should pay a further $41 for support when this error is a mistake at your end. Please help urgently.

Hello, I tried to add a support ticket but your system says that my purchase code isn’t valid. But I have 3 month of support left. Anyway: I tried everything to change the order of images in media galleries but since the last theme update this isn’t possible anymore. This is a super annoying bug, any ideas how to fix it? Hi 10fingershq! We are sorry but it’s really not clear. If you’re talking about some special effect on the hover of some element natively nothing is provided. Maybe you are talking about the fact that your icons are on hover the same color as the background. In that case you need to add some custom CSS.
I am using “Icon Box” with custom image/svg on the last two icons (DR and the vinyl record). The standard icons changes color on hover, the two custom does not, although it’s the same element. Also the standard icons changes color with the background color change on scroll, from light to dark. Again the custom icons are not responding to this. What I’m trying to say is that the custom icon option seems very limited or even unusable, since it’s not reacting like the standard icons. Any way to change this without custom code? I think it should be integrated as standard in the icon box element.
Hello, the only way to manage the color of a custom icon is by uploading it as simple code in through “Media > Add Multimedia”: https://undsgn.d.pr/xD5CTL but you must make sure that your icon doesn’t have a default color (that’s not allowed: https://undsgn.d.pr/giyf6c).
After that you only need a CSS snippet to manage the fill property of your icons, for instance:
