Hi, I am currently migrating a website built on Bridge.
However I am passing it over to a staging site soon to ensure everything works on the new platform.
I have a license for this website here – https://www.infinitytoolmfg.com/
The staging site is here – https://hddrock.tools/
Some elements are not working due to the lack of a licence. However I do not think it is appropriate that I need to buy another licence just to temporarily test my website online on a different domain.
Is there a way around this please?

In the most recent update, has the “By Qode” items been disabled in visual builder as they are causing the shortcodes to appear on pages since they arent activated. My support license has expired, but this doesn’t seem like something that should have just stopped working without documentation.

It is a registered theme, but it is a WP Multi-site so it looks like it is not working for the rest of the sub-sites. (all sites are on one domain, it is just to separate each city)

I have activated the theme for my staging server to set up the website, But that server is no more exists, Now I am not able to register this for the primary site please help me. I know this is a simple solution but your support platform doesn’t allow me to submit a support ticket. Do I need to renew support for this small request? I am also a web developer if my staging server is working then I can deactivate the theme from staging and register for the live site.

We like your Bridge theme. A few questions regarding https://bridge384.qodeinteractive.com/:
1. I can’t see the carousel at the top of a listing’s page. It’s just a large blank space in my Firefox browser. My friend using Safari on an Apple computer can see it.
2. We can’t see the pins on the map that correspond to the results on the search results page.
3. On my Firefox browser, the scrolling on the pages is slow, choppy, and has momentum. Is there a way to fix this? My friend on Safari doesn’t experience this with this theme, but we both do on this theme: https://bridge231.qodeinteractive.com/.
4. Is there any way to test out the back end before we buy?

1.-3. We did check this on several browsers especially Firefox on different computers and could not acknowledge any issue regarding the scroll experience, pins and listing carousel on both demos.
4. Unfortunately we do not have any testing environment however our theme website demo presents all its features. You can also check our themes documentation here.

I want to purchase a new license to use Bridge on a new project. When I purchased Bridge originally, it was before the Elementor option was available.
On the Themeforest site, I see I can purchase a new license and add on 1-year of support, which is great, but will that get me the Elementor version at download?

As we do see that you have Bridge Core plugin version 3.0 and the latest one released is 3.0.1
Also we do see that it might be related with the WordPress native Lazy loading feature. Please try disabling it using the following plugin

Thanks for your prompt reply. I’ve updated the Bridge Core plugin and disabled the WordPress native Lazy loading feature with the plugin as advised. Unfortunately neither has fixed the issue. I’ve disabled any essential plugins which hasn’t made any difference. Do you have any other suggestions?

Now the menu is hidden because the default is the white background and in the rest of the pages a background image is used.
