hi, I just download the latest files and documentation, and the Tatsu version available is 3.3.12, but i just received an email from you that tells me to install the version 3.3.13 because the previous version has a security bug.. can you explain better the situation please? thanks a lot

We released tatsu 3.3.13 at the end of the march. The people who are using tatsu 3.3.12 or lower are getting issue in the site because of outdated plugin. That’s why we email all our customer to update your tatsu 3.3.13.

I have updated the theme with 7.0.5 package. ‘ But in the WP dashboard it is showing. This theme recommends the following plugins: Master Slider, Meta Box Framework, Slider Revolution and WPForms Lite. The following plugins need to be updated to their latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Meta Box Conditional Logic and Tatsu.

How does one go about buying a bulk license or a web developers license for mulitple themes that are properly licensed and can update automatically to keep the sites current and protected? Or does adding the same purchase code work to keep multiple sites up to date?

You need to purchase different license for Every site. After install oshine you can activate license that help you to update theme from website backend. There is no option to update theme automatically. It will give you notification of update and you can update that with just one click. Greetings, the gallery module is not working. Specifically, the selected images DO show in the Tatsu editing screen, in the left-column via ‘Selected Images’ from WP media, but they do not show on the right hand side of the editing screen and they do not show in either Preview or the public site. The entire gallery section is just blank. It’s happening with every Gallery module across the site. I’m using the latest version of Wordpress and my theme and plugins are 100% up to date. Please help—thank you.

Hi, After update to OSHINE 70.5, I get the following message : “Typehub and Colorhub settings are avilable inside Tatsu menu. Please deactivate Typehub and Colorhub plugins.” Looks like they have both been automatically desactivated during my plugins updates, As they are now bundled in Tatsu, is it safe to delete them in the WP plugin menu? Sorry if you face any complication with GDPR Compliance plugin. But regarding text changed we do have option in wordpress Dashboard under settings > BE GDPR From here you can change the text. And regarding link You can only change the link it pick the privacy policy. You can change that page from Settings > Privacy.

Tatsu Contact Form is useless, you can only change one email and color. Most important, since years no development, even missing different language… So why not delete this nonsense?

For different language you can translate the name of the field by using Loco Translate plugin. We do provide wp Form lite plugin with our Oshine theme. You can use that if you are not comfortable with Tatsu Contact form.

Just wondering how styles are applied to the element with the “tatsu-single-image-inner ” class? Specifically the inline `width` style?
The client screwed something up and for some reason this class has a `width: 1px;`, whereas the staging site has a `width: 100%`.
I have looked and looked an can’t work out where this setting is. I see the `width` setting for the image, but it doesn’t seem to apply to this, that seems to set the `max-width` only.

In the newest version is still a bug preventing Portfolio to load. You should replace $.browser.msie in “wp-content/plugins/oshine-modules/public/js/oshine-modules.js” as it is no more in Jquery. Don’t you check your code?

Hi, where has the option gone to choose light or dark header on transparent header setting? my logo is appearing white on white pages and cannot be seen. Only choice now is to change to semi transparent.

Hi, what about when you don’t have a hero image or slider? I still need to control the light or dark header option? currently the Blackchrome logo appears white (not visible on white background) and the menu black? why not just give us the choice no matter what?
Okay if you don’t have slider or hero image then you can set color scheme from tatsu. Eg: In transparent or semi transparent header style your header overlap the first section. When I bought this theme It was full, now I get the “BUY PRO version of Tatsu” when I already had the theme bought. I hope you guys change this because I don’t want to pay multiple theme/plugins to have the same thing. this strategy business sucks to be honest.

With Oshine you will get tatsu Free version. We already mentioned that in theme forest also. And all oshine demo are designed using tatsu free. Tatsu pro module include some pro and sections module if you want to use those then you need tatsu pro other wise you can use tatsu free without any issue.

Sorry but I don’t agree with you. When we bought this theme we bought it full already, now we have to buy AGAIN a pro version of tatsu. Maybe do it for those who want to purchase it alone, but for this theme must be included full.

Tatsu Pro included new Module and Demo. This is not mandatory for you to get Tatsu Pro you can use the free module. As i mention in previous reply that all our Demos are designed using tatsu free plugin.
