Hello Team, Please make me clear , can i use one theme and one product code for multisite, because I am getting some Product code error saying that we should use it for only one site, my scenario is I have I have one website (dummy.com) and and I have one multisite (dummy.com/online) but I am getting activation error while I am setting up Porto in that multisite.

By default the home page has no h1 text. and if we add on we get duplicate h1 error.

Hi! Could you tell if the Porto theme has any incompatibility with WP rocket?

Because with it enabled, and the cache optimizations, the mobile site is misaligned, see: https://imgur.com/NTfeGoP

And in no way can I adjust…in Elementor everything is fine. But when I disabled WP Rocket, it is aligned and right again.

Our theme is fully compatible with WP Cache plugins such as WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache plugins, and we have theme pre built Speed Optimization Wizard as well, so you can try with these… And many of our customers are using WP Rocket cache plugin with Porto Theme and it is working fine on their sites, some small issues can be solved by themself using small Custom CSS, or with Customization.

Hi! Could you tell me if the Porto theme is compatible with Cloudflare’s APO (Automatic Platform Optimization) caching service?

Because I put the feature on my website, which needs to use the official Cloudflare plugin to activate it, and it has greatly improved the speed, it was amazing, but many times when opening the website, clicking on a banner or in the store, the website is all broken.

I’m even doing some tests to see if it could be something else…. I also use the WP Rocket plugin for the website.

If it is working fine for you with APO then you can go with it, and the issue you are facing like broken site, when the issue appears at that time try to turn OFF the APO and check back, or try to remove the server cache, it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

Actually, if you want to change the blue color then go to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS and then paste the below code at the bottom of the black box.

.sidebar-menu>li.menu-item.active{background: black !important;}

Note: In the above code the word “black” is the color you can change with what you want.

If you want to change the content then you have to go to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Menus then select the sidebar menu there you will be able to change the content as per your need.

Since November 25, 2021, the plugin was permanently closed by the author: Is there another plugin (free or premium) that you can refer to that could work in an “out of the box” (or “plug and play”) smoothly with Porto Theme?

Sorry to say that but we have not tested any of the other plugin for this reason with our theme officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements, and I’ll forward this as a feature request to our development department for making the plugin compaitable with the theme with future upcoming updates of the theme.

I need Help for WooCommerce Single Page Product Image. I can not control the Image size.

We have uploaded all the product image with size 330px x 445px but when I view in single product age, it double the Image size.

We try changing the settings from Themes > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > Main image width > “250”

The Images settings of the products are coming from WooCommerce, Please read the below-given articles:

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on the width you set.

And some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with huge size of images, those will only be altered via Customization, You can change the default layout setting using the WooCommerce setting under Theme Options.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 26/08/2016. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.
