Hi supermex and sorry for the delay during the weekend! If you removed all the fonts it’s normal you see a Serif font since this is the base font of any HTML document. You need to create at least one valid font (it can be a safe HTML fonts like Arial etc), and assign to your elements.

It seems that your server can’t print the whole page but without you enabling debugging or without developers having access we can’t tell you what the problem is. This update was first tested by the Beta Testers users, and it has been used a bit by everyone for over a month now, right now no one reported something similar. I have a problem with the quick view button. It appears in my Sticky audio player with the name ADD when you click on any song. The issue is that if the page is in English it doesn’t open the pop-up for that button, but with the page in Spanish it works.

Hi carlosrosales1979! The live search is not part of the update or part of the native features of Uncode. I saw recently a few users with “FiboSearch – AJAX Search for WooCommerce” that works amazing.
Only one user reported a problem with MemberPress but we are waiting his feedback.
Uncode uses the Wishlist on the main demo (obviously some features of the Pro version are disabled because they are not compatible with certain Uncode scenarios).

Thank you. All the MemberPress pages show up blank when the latest version of Uncode is installed. Even when all the other plugins are deactivated. If I switch the theme to anything else, the MemberPress pages show again.

Hi! This is for another matter than the one previously discussed.
Since I updated the theme, it’s been causing menu and display issues. The first one you helped me fix by giving me the CSS code. It solved it, thanks for that!
The second visual discrepancy is menu-related. It’s cause the mobile menu to become grey instead of the usual white (https://www.dropbox.com/s/eumdrqtbibks85j/Uncode%20-%20IMG_4239.jpg?dl=0) and on the desktop version, it’s making the menu narrower, making the text become 2 lines instead of 1 (https://www.dropbox.com/s/flxwqc35c554pwf/Uncode%20-%20Screen%20Shot%202022-10-17%20at%2012.31.01%20PM.png?dl=0).
Do you have fixes for that?

We are sorry from screenshot we cannot understand a possible technical problem but also in this case no other users reported something similar so probably also this one is related to extra stuff. Please open a ticket for each problem you have and include your complete logins as already suggested (multiple tickets are better than one with multiple subjects).

The only extra suggestion I have is to be sure you are not using this option ( https://undsgn.d.pr/6GiE1J ), that these media don’t have the team member option ( https://undsgn.d.pr/7zZrqS ), and that these media are not SVG. If that doesn’t help you, you need to open a ticket so the developers can access the installation and see what you’re doing wrong.

Hello, just a question: i’m using the “sticky” row (also column) to put a button always visible and sticky in one page, when i use desktop or tablet resolution it works, but when i go on mobile resolution the sticky row is no more sticky and it scrolls in the page with other elements. Unfortunately, critical errors starting happening all over on my website recently, and after the GoDaddy technicians investigated, here’s what they told me: they upgraded the PHP for all their websites from 5.6 to 7.4 in late September 2022. And the critical errors happening on my website seem to be related to the widgets of the Uncode which aren’t keeping up with the new PHP, it seems. I’ve copy-pasted an example of the Fatal Error message below.

However the update is causing way more many problems to the website overall (both mobile and desktop), the menu’s look and other things, like for example, it’s still not reading on Chrome anymore and the website is crashing and becoming slower either way.

Weirdly it works fine in the frontend editor but as soon as I update and open the site on the smartphone the desaturation effect is not there (I checked it on Safari snd Brave browsers). Hi, first of all its an amazin theme, so beautiful and so much flexibility.
However, since the most recent version 2.7.x it has become very very slow on products with many variations. Archive pages containing products with many variations or variable products open very very slow (up to 30 seconds). Before you suspect bad hosting or incompatibility with plugins:
1. If I switch to twenty twenty one theme, the products with the many variations open up fast, of course not as fast as a single product, but it is absolutely acceptable. 2. I have a dedicated server with CPU Intel Xeon-D 2141I – 8c/16t – 2.2 GHz/3 GHz RAM 32 GB ECC 2133 MHz 2×500 GB SSD NVMe.
I did some further debugging for you, and Query Monitor is showing 6-8000 queries (lots of them duplicate queries) when requesting a page, wheras with the standard theme and same plugins, its only ~600 queries.
I cannot send you a link because my site is fully cached and you would not see how slow it is, but you can very easily reproduce this error, just create a product with >200 variations and try to open it.

I’ve had this theme for years, and it’s amazing! I use it on many websites too.

Luckily, I restored it to the version before, and tried updating again to verify it was the update and only that update that was causing the issue, and indeed it was the culprit.
Now, could it be because I clicked on the update from “Appearance > Themes” and not the system status? And I should avoid the version from there? Or is that the same update and there’s issue with the new version?

Regarding the problem with headers and menus on mobile, we released v.2.7.4 a few hours ago.
Regarding the Critical Error reported by WordPress, you should check some error logs and give us clearer information about the error: the file and line involved for example.
If our update creates a lot of issues, as you are saying, here you should see thousands of similar comments, but this is not the case (also because our Beta Tester customers accurately tested the latest update before the public release).

Hi, I just updated the new theme manually, it’s causing the same menu issues and messing up the mobile pages.
Just to clarify, first I’m downloading the UNCODE file from theme forest’s download as usual, then I’m uploading it manually on my FTP by replacing the Uncode theme folder. This is causing the website’s errors. Can you please help?
Also, to submit a ticket we must pay it seems. and I promise you the issues are coming from your theme update. Look at the comment before me (robdeighton), it looks like they’re facing similar issues with the theme update.

The user “robdeighton” refers to something completely different, but if there is a problem with the update, here you should literally read thousand of comments (and not one as you refer “robdeighton” that is also with extra plugins). That you need to renew support to open a private ticket is an Envato Policy and it is the same for every theme, no one is telling you that we don’t help you (as you see we are here to help) but if we can’t see and debug your site and other users don’t report the same problem it naturally becomes longer and more tedious.
So you should at least put the new update online and leave it until our developers have gotten a feel for your settings, hopefully from the outside they can see why you say you have this problem and other users don’t (maybe it’s a borderline case or the problem depends on something else). We are European located so you can evaluate a good timing.

Anwyay, I think the problem is related to the fact that in all your Rows you have the shifted property of the Off-Grid settings.
This was something that was broken and was fixed in the last update, so now you see this problem (I have no idea why you have this very particular setting applied to each Row). Try using this code to fix it:
