What criteria is used to list related posts? We are seeing some random list, but we want them to be of certain criteria. Could you help please..
The preloader, can this be disabled in the settings + do we need Elementor Pro for this to work as a Knowledge base? Or LMS?
Elementor pro isn’t required for the theme. But you can use Elementor pro with the theme if you want. Also you can use Pro Elements (which is free and alternative of Elementor Pro).

When I use Easy Docs plugin, it BREAKS my whole website! When turned of it changes llinks back to PLAIN and nothing works anymore. Permalinks setting wil not reset anything! Is EasyDocs really neccesary for this theme. I have this problem since you switched to the this commercial crap plugin. How to fix this?!?
When turning off EasyDocs all links turn back into e.g /?p=11745 and all my 1000+ links give 404 now??? Permalinks setting NOT working to restore!
Turned off all plugins and activated only required plugins so NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER PLUGINS, still everything is F#**#D UP and website has become TOTALLY USELESS after MONTHS of very hard work, ALL FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!! With EasyDocs on I get this horrible page https://www.bizzboard.com/terminology/ whille it USED TO BE ALL OK, but since you used EASYDOCS plugin in template update, now I am in serious TROUBLES, which I already told you 3 Months ago!!!!!!!!!!!! All links give 404 when turning EasyDocs OFF My whole website looks and functions like SH#T and 500+ link input time wasted!!!!!!!!

When I add “FAQ tabs” on homepage via elementor, it shows ALL FAQs and categories. But, I want to limit how many FAQs and categories should display. Could you help me on this?
We are extremely sorry for the late reply. Since this feature isn’t available in the FAQ widget, we take it as a feature request. We’ll add option for controlling the FAQ limit.

Hi, the issues are I raised with the theme around a week ago, some of them still exist after the new update.
I opened a ticket on the forum and sent a private reply but even there I cannot see my private reply with the issues I raised even though am logged in.

Simply changed images in existing folder /assets/img, see https://www.bizzboard.com/404 Can i make same folder structure in child-theme and it is fixed?
If you want to override images/files of the theme, you should use the child theme. In this case, your changes will not get overridden by the theme updates.

Just tried to create another account with the same email address and got this message, so your system definitely registered the email but just not sending the confirmation email to the inbox or spam folder: Error: This email address is already registered. Log in with this address or choose another one.
I have tried yahoo and gmail but still do not receive the registration email so definetely a bug in your system or email settings. There are bugs and issues with this theme and need support so they can be resolved. Waiting for your reply.

URGENT! Guys need urgent help as when we reply to users on a topic it just prints the same question in the reply. In backend and when you edit it shows the answer we typed but when saved it just duplicates. we were able to resolve the issue we found in Docy/bbpress/loop-replies.php not sure if it had to do with anything with the doc core plugin v2.2.3 we were still using.

We would like to purchase this theme for our knowledge base website. We would like to docy theme. Already in the current website we have 220+ articles listed. It is not listed in posts but inside a section called articles which is alost similiar to posts. Our question is, can we change to docy and utilie the existing pages without changing the url?

If the articles post type is getting/register from a plugin, you can keep activate that plugin to keep the existing articles.

These are Forum Sidebar widgets. You can set the sidebar from Appearance > Widgets > Forum Sidebar.

Those are not shortcodes. It’s called widgets. You can find the widgets on the Appearance > Widgets page. Take a look at the widgets set on the dashboard.
Note: Install and activate the Classic Widgets plugin to view the widgets page look like this.

I am trying to have 4th level submenus for my main nav at the top of the page. I have done some research and it seems I need to add something to the CSS so that it can be nested beyond the 3rd child/level but I am at a loss for what to edit. Is there any chance you have the CSS that I need to add already on hand? Or could you point me in the right direction so I can attempt to code it myself?

You can add the 4th level sub menu. I’ve checked that it’s supported.

Apologies, I mean 4th level SUBmenu, meaning 5th level menu. Example: Page > Submenu 1 > Submenu 2 > Submenu 3 > Submenu 4. Currently this does not work via the main nav menu in wordpress with this theme, but it does work with the default wordpress theme.
Sorry, the 5th-level dropdown menu isn’t supported in the Docy theme.
If you need to enable support 5th level menu items, you need to do it yourself. Or you can also hire to do that job.

In the single doc layout, there is an issue in the left sidebar. I see some articles have crept in under the ToC (marked in red box in the attached screenshot)...Is this a bug ?
