Hi, raised tickets twice now, you support system is lacking unfortunately.
We do not receive any emails or responses.
Also when we login to the ticket system, there is no way to check pending tickets and it is really frustrating to say the least.
Can you please enable for customers to actually see the list of tickets they have raised? Thanks
Just provides to create new tickets and not able to see already submitted tickets, no idea why this is the case.
You can see your existing/submitted tickets on your profile page. Click on your avatar or user name to visit that page.

Sorry to say that although Docy has login and sign-up pages. But it hasn’t the private/internal doc feature.
However, you can get the private/internal doc feature in EazyDocs Pro. Users will have to login before they have access.
If you want only the Knowledge base feature, in that case, you can purchase only the EazyDocs Pro plugin from here .
Also, you can use the Docy theme and EazyDocs Pro plugin together. It would be the perfect combination. Because Docy has seamless integration with EazyDocs and has a full dark mode enabled with other amazing features.

2) How to show more search results in the search bar as it is reverted to 1 search result after an update? It shouldn’t do this and make you lose your changes in the settings after an update.

1. You can find the change logs in the changes.txt file in the theme. Also, you can see the changelog here
2. The search results shouldn’t show 1 result. You can control the search results count from Theme Settings > General > Ajax Search.

What criteria is used to list related posts? We are seeing some random list, but we want them to be of certain criteria. Could you help please..

Elementor pro isn’t required for the theme. But you can use Elementor pro with the theme if you want. Also you can use Pro Elements (which is free and alternative of Elementor Pro).

When I use Easy Docs plugin, it BREAKS my whole website! When turned of it changes llinks back to PLAIN and nothing works anymore. Permalinks setting wil not reset anything! Is EasyDocs really neccesary for this theme. I have this problem since you switched to the this commercial crap plugin. How to fix this?!?
When turning off EasyDocs all links turn back into e.g /?p=11745 and all my 1000+ links give 404 now??? Permalinks setting NOT working to restore!
Turned off all plugins and activated only required plugins so NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER PLUGINS, still everything is F#**#D UP and website has become TOTALLY USELESS after MONTHS of very hard work, ALL FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!! With EasyDocs on I get this horrible page https://www.bizzboard.com/terminology/ whille it USED TO BE ALL OK, but since you used EASYDOCS plugin in template update, now I am in serious TROUBLES, which I already told you 3 Months ago!!!!!!!!!!!! All links give 404 when turning EasyDocs OFF

When I add “FAQ tabs” on homepage via elementor, it shows ALL FAQs and categories. But, I want to limit how many FAQs and categories should display. Could you help me on this?

Hi, the issues are I raised with the theme around a week ago, some of them still exist after the new update.
I opened a ticket on the forum and sent a private reply but even there I cannot see my private reply with the issues I raised even though am logged in.

Simply changed images in existing folder /assets/img, see https://www.bizzboard.com/404 Can i make same folder structure in child-theme and it is fixed?
If you want to override images/files of the theme, you should use the child theme. In this case, your changes will not get overridden by the theme updates.

Just tried to create another account with the same email address and got this message, so your system definitely registered the email but just not sending the confirmation email to the inbox or spam folder: Error: This email address is already registered. Log in with this address or choose another one.
I have tried yahoo and gmail but still do not receive the registration email so definetely a bug in your system or email settings. There are bugs and issues with this theme and need support so they can be resolved. Waiting for your reply.

URGENT! Guys need urgent help as when we reply to users on a topic it just prints the same question in the reply. In backend and when you edit it shows the answer we typed but when saved it just duplicates. we were able to resolve the issue we found in Docy/bbpress/loop-replies.php not sure if it had to do with anything with the doc core plugin v2.2.3 we were still using.
