Actually if what you say was a real problem with Uncode, you would find hundreds of similar posts here from all users complaining but that doesn’t seem to be the case. So try disabling all extra plugins first.

Really not sure how we can help you without logging in and seeing your site, without having other users reporting a similar problem, and if this we can’t replicate it on our installations as demonstrated in the screencast above.

No, we are sorry but we cannot accept private logins here. This is the sense of Support Expiration from Envato. If you don’t to renew the support we can only suggest that you try to create this section from scratch, after all it is just a Row with 4 columns inside. As mentioned if creating a Row with 4 columns was an Uncode issue here you would see thousands of similar messages (but I think we have already proven that the problem is not the theme or the Page Builder).
I checked on friend website who using is uncode theme, same 4 column issue exist on his website as well

That fixed the images and portfolio. But my backend editor option is gone now. I can just see the frontend editor and classic mode. But I really prefer using the backend editor which I am used to for several years. Could you pls help rectify this? TIA
Hi mmkdesigns! I think difficult that these things are related. Anyway, the only time someone had disappeared unil Bakend Editor was related to user permissions. Hello. We’re getting a fatal error when using the Uncode theme with the latest version of the WP Offload Media plugin. I found a support topic in the plugin forum that mentions the same error, where the plugin author replies:
“Looks like the Uncode theme has some compatibility code for WP Offload Media that reaches inside the plugin and tries to use an old function that no longer exists. Please ask the Uncode theme authors to use the global as3cf_get_attachment_url() function instead.”
Here is the actual error message:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Amazon_S3_And_CloudFront::get_attachment_url() in /nas/content/live/ourwebsite/wp-content/themes/uncode/core/inc/helpers.php:401#012

Theme has so many issues lately since update.. Issue 1. Wireframes don’t work anymore just spins. 2. Theme code not caching properly.. When you display preview you get mixed results every time. I thought this was a server issue so I deployed on a different one, same issues. As soon as you go from 2.4 to 2.7 on WP 6.2 this theme becomes unusable.

Okay so the only thing that worked for me was resetting the whole theme which absolutely sucks because I had pre built content like font sizes colors etc..

sorry, I’m not sure I understand your point: why did you reset the theme and what do you mean exactly? Did you reset the database somehow? I recommended a different approach actually, and in particular I invited you to contact the helpdesk and allow us to check from the backend as well, so we could see if the problem was easily identifiable.

- if it’s possible to set (self-hosted) videos (or a separate shorter version as an excerpt of the video) to already playing (and looping) status in a media gallery without any visible controls and which links to a project page? The theme returns its settings, when changing the thickness of the menu after saving everything changes, but it still stays at 600 as the thickness after refresh, when you edit everything goes back to the old.

Hi iqmartins! I’m sorry but pernsonally I’ve never happened to use them and no other requests have come in. I think in principle all of these plugins can work without problems since they instantiate via shortcode. Try looking to see if Gravity does what you need or is there a need for something more specific to your case.

Hi MetalPotatoUK! Actually the only method is to reactivate MediaElements in the Theem Options > Performance, when done please notify, it should be simpler to hide the controls with CSS (without MediaElement there is not a quick trick).
