I purchased and am using Xstore version 9.1.14. After purchasing the theme, I immediately set it up and installed marseille02 Demo to make modifications. The modifications so far have only modified images and text with the slider widget in Elementor Page Builder. Up to this point, the editing has gone well. However, since the work was done in Theme Option, it is not reflected, and the changes made later in Elementor Page Builder are also not reflected. Of course, I updated it by clicking the ‘Publich’ button. However, it is not reflected in reality. Also, among the currently installed plugins, only the plugins provided by Xstore are installed, and there are no caching-related plugins. What should I do?

3/ Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the site will be done.

Hi:

I have 3 licenses of Xstore (only 2 shows on my settings page) and updates are a complete mess. I don’t have any more support but i already asked you to fix this but you haven’t. I cannot update themes and core (even patches) and cannot register or deregister licenses and cannot install nor de-install needed plugins.

I used Elementor to design my Single Product Page. Now I can’t activate Get a Quote, Bought Together, or Wishlist. Well, let’s put it this way. They are active. They show up in the single product builder at the bottom of the page, it’s just that they don’t appear on my site page.

Hi!, I have just found another two strings that cannot be translated: -“YOUR WISHLIST IS EMPTY” -“We invite you to get acquainted with…”

I have found them in Core plugin, translated them but they remain untranslated on front-page.

Hi, thank you. I downloaded the ”.po” file from their translation page (https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/woocommerce/stable/es/default/) and it worked. I post it here for helping anyone with the same problem.

My site shows logo twice in the header after activating Twenty-Twenty Three theme to check for errors and reactivating xstore. Cleared the WP-Optimise cache but the problem persists. A lot of layout issues appeared as well so I had to restore site from backup. Is there something that can be done to avoid this issue?

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the site will be done.

2) If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

*Fix issues in search ↩ Created shop page using woolentor add-on, I created different category products grid using woolentor, after searching for specific product it only open shop page not that products carry a category page. I created many category products page but after search it only open one shop page

Also, create temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area in the topic on our support forum.

Additionally, Xstore has an option Search By Category under Xstore > Theme Options > Header builder > Search. You can turn it ON If you want to give customers the ability to search by specific product categories, enable this option and they will be able to select the needed one from the categories dropdown. https://imgur.com/TLr4IXA

Hello, I deactivated the license of an old project, but when entering code in the new project it tells me that the license is in use.
