Hi, I am looking to purchase this theme to utilize several of the pre-built themes. I ran a few of your pre-built demos through several web page speed tools. I see the same issues in each page speed tool, that there seems to be a lot of inline CSS bloat and unused JavaScript within the theme. I tested the Digital Agency theme and the Marketing Consultant themes. The Marketing Consultant theme scored a 49 for Performance. My question is: Are there proven ways to improve the performance of the theme(s) once downloaded? FCP and LCP scores were the lowest using two of the testing tools (Google Page Speed and Webpagetest). If there are proven ways to improve the inline CSS or JS used I would consider purchasing. Thanks for any feedback.

Our prebuilt sites are mainly to showcase the design prowess of Avada and are not hand tweaked for performance like you would on your own project.
To see one of the prebuilt sites that is a bit optimized please see the Accountant prebuilt. It has a performance score of 96 e.g.
We also offer a ton of performance options to serve your site optimally, however, Avada itself is just a fraction of what is responsible for overall site speed – there are other important factors that can impact a site’s performance that you’d need to take care of for any website e.g. the number of active plugins, type and configuration of your cache plugin, server sided performance settings, amount and size of content on the page etc.

If you see the above page you will find you can replace the inline CSS with a single compiled CSS file on your own Avada site. Unused JS from Avada side won’t come up either as our performance settings allow disabling elements you aren’t using on your site and there are also internal checks for excluding JS that is not being used. For 3rd party modules, we don’t have control over those.

Hello, I want to use Avada to design a Catalog website (Woocommerce + Advanced Catalog Mode for WooCommerce extension. Is it possible with Avada? We have not tested the plugin with Avada to guarantee compatibility. You can create a archive pages and single product pages using layouts and post cards where you can skip the price. Carts and checkout pages can be set to redirect (if needed)

Hello, I have 2 main problems : I finished to edit my website and i switch to mobile and I see old versions LOL . I tought when you edit a version it’s the same in all devices how can I deal with that and not have to edit it for each terminal? Thanks . There could be a possibility that you have different content setup using either rendering option or visibility system, it will require you to check against both in this case, please read our documentation on below further.

Hello,
I currently have two Licenses. Only one is active. The other is not but when I tried using it, it says another domain is using it. How can I verify what domain is using it.
Also, I don’t see the licenses in my AVADA Account.

We haven’t officially tested a membership plugin with Avada but our users have been using different membership plugins. You can pick up any of the top 2-3 popular WP plugins (try the free ones) and they should work fine for the most part. If you see issues please let us know.

Could there be an issue with the latest version of the theme?
In one of my client’s websites, the latest version of the theme is active, translations are working in the admin panel, but none of the translations seem to work on the frontend!

Both frontend as well as backend use different translation files, please make sure that you have properly translated Avada following the instructions in our documentation and the files are put in the right directory.

Hello, is this theme been tested or is compatible with S3 Offload media plugins (like Media Cloud or WP Offload Media) ?
For example, in the car dealer theme, car listing images can be served to a S3 using one of the above mentioned or similar plugins ?

You could test on a staging/dev install if those plugins are crucial for your use case and see if they work for you.

There are a total of about 75 elements in the Avada theme, but only about 30 are visible in my theme. Why is that so?

Hello, the fusion builder plugin is injecting a strange javascript code (https://ibb.co/ypzynkK) on my website, I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, but the problem persists, if I uninstall the fusion-builder nothing happens. injected into the website. In addition to this, hundreds of errors appear in the browser console saying: Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier ‘_0×3ec38a’ has already been declared (at (index):3985:9)

This is most likely related to other modules on your installation.
If you’re running out of date 3rd party plugins, WordPress versions or Avada we recommend updating to the latest version of those as always. E.g. some of the most popular WP plugins have had known exploits in the past so running an older version of those could compromise your website.
Avada and Avada Builder are running on hundreds of thousands of sites right now without any issues. Please see that you’re on the latest Avada v7.11.2.

Problems with 1 of my 6 licenses
Hi. I´ve got 6 licenses and with one of them i got problems to manage it in the license area of avada (https://my.avada.com/licenses/). If i add new licenses here i got only 5 of the licenses – the last one is still missing. and if i try to implemt it separately i got allways the same errors message “There was an error when attempting to add that purchase code. The purchase code is already in use on another account.” But i just have this one account and at the market place of themeforest i can find the download and the license/purchase code. Just implement it to the avada license area does not work. Why????
My Username on themeforst is “DieWerber”, on Avada it´s “Mario”.
