Hello, I have 2 main problems : I finished to edit my website and i switch to mobile and I see old versions LOL . I tought when you edit a version it’s the same in all devices how can I deal with that and not have to edit it for each terminal? Thanks . Also I don’t how to change button colors in menu (I have the yoga prebuilt website)

There could be a possibility that you have different content setup using either rendering option or visibility system, it will require you to check against both in this case, please read our documentation on below further.

Hello,

I currently have two Licenses. Only one is active. The other is not but when I tried using it, it says another domain is using it. How can I verify what domain is using it.

Also, I don’t see the licenses in my AVADA Account.

I am just wondering if compatibility with any membership plug-ins has been tested before? I plan to add a members area further down the line and need to find a theme that can facilitate this functionality or has been tested with an external plug-in, thank you :)

We haven’t officially tested a membership plugin with Avada but our users have been using different membership plugins. You can pick up any of the top 2-3 popular WP plugins (try the free ones) and they should work fine for the most part. If you see issues please let us know.

You can use Avada on one site by using it on any good WordPress hosting (you’d need to buy your WordPress hosting). Could there be an issue with the latest version of the theme?

In one of my client’s websites, the latest version of the theme is active, translations are working in the admin panel, but none of the translations seem to work on the frontend!

Both frontend as well as backend use different translation files, please make sure that you have properly translated Avada following the instructions in our documentation and the files are put in the right directory.

Hello, is this theme been tested or is compatible with S3 Offload media plugins (like Media Cloud or WP Offload Media) ?

For example, in the car dealer theme, car listing images can be served to a S3 using one of the above mentioned or similar plugins ?

You could test on a staging/dev install if those plugins are crucial for your use case and see if they work for you.

There are a total of about 75 elements in the Avada theme, but only about 30 are visible in my theme. Why is that so?

Hello, the fusion builder plugin is injecting a strange javascript code (https://ibb.co/ypzynkK) on my website, I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, but the problem persists, if I uninstall the fusion-builder nothing happens. injected into the website. In addition to this, hundreds of errors appear in the browser console saying: Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier ‘_0×3ec38a’ has already been declared (at (index):3985:9)

This is most likely related to other modules on your installation.

If you’re running out of date 3rd party plugins, WordPress versions or Avada we recommend updating to the latest version of those as always. E.g. some of the most popular WP plugins have had known exploits in the past so running an older version of those could compromise your website.

Avada and Avada Builder are running on hundreds of thousands of sites right now without any issues. Please see that you’re on the latest Avada v7.11.2.

Problems with 1 of my 6 licenses

Hi. I´ve got 6 licenses and with one of them i got problems to manage it in the license area of avada (https://my.avada.com/licenses/). If i add new licenses here i got only 5 of the licenses – the last one is still missing. and if i try to implemt it separately i got allways the same errors message “There was an error when attempting to add that purchase code. The purchase code is already in use on another account.” But i just have this one account and at the market place of themeforest i can find the download and the license/purchase code. Just implement it to the avada license area does not work. Why????

My Username on themeforst is “DieWerber”, on Avada it´s “Mario”.

In Avada Spa demo, there’s text under the menu items (menu descriptions) but I do not see how to edit them to change the text. Avada menue options > Menu Highlight Label is not working.

Hi, I bought your theme a while ago but changed to another theme after about a year or so,
