Your meta elements section seems to ignore the language setting. Before importing your Magazine website layout, for example, the website shows the correct translated meta elements. If you import the website and your template adds these meta elements with your builder, the translation is ignored and always shows English “last updated…” “by…” etc. And yes, it works without the post “meta elements” element and I did translate the language files for your plugins and placed them in the described folder. Your element just seems to override or ignore it.

By default that is not a possibility to do that, however you can use ACF plugin to generate a custom field for your product type, once that is done you can use post cards to show that field in a custom post card layout.

I bought a theme yesterday, installed it, activated the code, then uninstalled WordPress and reinstalled it this morning. However, the code is no longer working. Could you deactivate it on the old site and reactivate it so that I can install it, please?

Is it possible with Avada to add to cart product variation straight from product category or shop page? Instead of linking to “select options” or “quick view” user would have possibility to quickly add to cart a variation(s). If it’s not possible, do you plan to implement such a feature?

I believe you’re referring to their builder. We haven’t tested that with Avada, unfortunately. However, Avada comes with its own page builder (Avada Builder) and we recommend using that for a hassle free experience.

I have client whose website was originally built using Avada but the website was hacked and the builder is not replying after 3 months and have no backups. I was asked to rebuild the website and given a purchase token for the theme but seem unable to download the theme without purchasing it in my account. Can I download the theme and apply the purchase token or do I need to buy the theme again? Thanks.

Updates are free for life but you need access to the themeforest account with which Avada was purchased to get the purchase code. The purchase code is required for registration/receiving future updates.
The Token used in older Avada versions is not used for registrations anymore I’m afraid. I’d recommend checking with the customer if they were handed over purchase / license details initially when the previous developer purchased Avada or check with theme forest support as they handle all sales.

You can certainly do that, a single page can be imported from a different prebuilt website however some design features could be coming from global options so you might not get the same feel overall, this may require making adjustments on local elements.

Hi, I am looking to purchase this theme to utilize several of the pre-built themes. I ran a few of your pre-built demos through several web page speed tools. I see the same issues in each page speed tool, that there seems to be a lot of inline CSS bloat and unused JavaScript within the theme. I tested the Digital Agency theme and the Marketing Consultant themes. The Marketing Consultant theme scored a 49 for Performance. My question is: Are there proven ways to improve the performance of the theme(s) once downloaded? FCP and LCP scores were the lowest using two of the testing tools (Google Page Speed and Webpagetest). If there are proven ways to improve the inline CSS or JS used I would consider purchasing. Thanks for any feedback.

Our prebuilt sites are mainly to showcase the design prowess of Avada and are not hand tweaked for performance like you would on your own project.
To see one of the prebuilt sites that is a bit optimized please see the Accountant prebuilt. It has a performance score of 96 e.g.
We also offer a ton of performance options to serve your site optimally, however, Avada itself is just a fraction of what is responsible for overall site speed – there are other important factors that can impact a site’s performance that you’d need to take care of for any website e.g. the number of active plugins, type and configuration of your cache plugin, server sided performance settings, amount and size of content on the page etc.

If you see the above page you will find you can replace the inline CSS with a single compiled CSS file on your own Avada site. Unused JS from Avada side won’t come up either as our performance settings allow disabling elements you aren’t using on your site and there are also internal checks for excluding JS that is not being used. For 3rd party modules, we don’t have control over those.

We have not tested the plugin with Avada to guarantee compatibility. You can create a archive pages and single product pages using layouts and post cards where you can skip the price. Carts and checkout pages can be set to redirect (if needed)
