2.) Is there a feature to add sub-properties? (There are different properties within a project. Can we add those properties to the project with their id?) like the sub-listing
3.) Is there a print page feature? Or Convert the page to PDF.
4.) For example, I want some parts to be removed when the land is added to the property. Because there are bedrooms, toilets, etc. on the land. No options. The real estate agent should not have to give the number of bedrooms when entering the land. Because there are neither toilets, bathrooms nor the number of rooms on the land. I also want to show my request on the search page.

Hello, there is a feature that only appears on mobile phones and that is that below a box appears that follows you with the agent’s photo, his name, whatsapp, phone number and email, my question is how can I modify this section? The mobile agent section is by default. You can remove details from display with custom css
This custom css hides email

Mobile and WhatsApp use the same mobile number, and they both display or both hide.
To hide both and agent section

This is css tested in preview. It must be added in theme options – custom css – to confirm results

The second question. I have 2 currencies: USD (default) and TL (secondary) for example. How can i create a special page where the prices in TL will be displayed as default after initial load?

The theme works with 1 default currency. You set in theme options https://help.wpresidence.net/article/price-currency/
You can choose to not show price at all for the properties you need to show on this special page (this means search by price will not apply to these properties) and use the before or after text label fields (which show before or after price) to add a text value that includes the currency you wish as text.
The theme can allow you to add a multi currency widget too, but that means user selects the 2nd currency and applies to all properties he sees on his browser. This cannot be enforced or specific to one page.

Hi guys. I noticed that for every category we can define Page Id. Can you please describe the the main purpose of it? I did not find in documentation any details.
My expectation was that when i try to open category page from breadcrumbs, i will be forwarded to specified page id, but it does not work.
Hello rustambakov, Thank you for the comment. Page ID in edit category allows you to show specific content (added in the page) to the category page.

Breadcrumbs are connected to the category ID from wordpress functionality.
For redirecting a specific link / category to a different page, you may be able to use plugins specifically created for redirect. I am not able to advise on a specific one, but it is an idea you could explore if that is what you wish to do.

Regarding the second one (shortcode). I noticed that filter by amenity (List of Property Features) shows property statuses, not amenities. I suppose it is a bug. Can you please check?
Hello, We use Amenities in search form and search form can be used with custom fields too. If you need to set a search system with different fields we can assist with this in support.

I noticed that Google now requires API keys to be set up with credit card information and offers limited free usage (is that correct?). So, can I use other free systems (I’m connecting from Italy) to integrate maps into your template? For example, OpenStreetMap is completely free and customizable? What other systems can I use with your template?

Google has required API for over 5 years now. The API will be available after you add billing info in your card account. It offer a credit of $200 monthly value for each API key. You use the map full options, within the credit limit. You have alerts you can set before you reach the limit and you can disable the API key before it ends up charging after the monthly free credit.
The theme has Open Street alternative (but features are not identical), however it is free to use at the moment and it is available in the theme too.
