Hey – in the app demo – cannot install your depicter plugin – says keeps failing? Why ! Please help … stuck
the first couple plugins that get installed with the installation of the theme like installer and phlox something installed without problems… only when the demo is being imported there is an issue – with failing the install of the one plugin

Respond time is totally discouraging and dangerous! If your client has a technical issue that requires urgent attention, one will still have to wait for about or more than 48hrs before getting a response. This is totally discouraging… I ought to have bought this Theme about 9hrs ago but I am still waiting for the confirmation if it will support the Free version of Elementor or not…
If the question that needs “Yes” or “No” takes about 48hrs, how long would a technical issue take before resolving it?

Hi. You can uninstall your demo from the Demo Importer menu and install the new one. But please keep in mind that styles and customization may change. It?s always recommended to install any demo on a clean WordPress installation. I recommend taking full backup from your current website and even better, try to do this on a staging website first. If the results are satisfying, then you can do it on your main website.

Hi. Unfortunately, this action cannot be done by default as it is a limitation of WooCommerce which is applicable to all WordPress themes. However, there are other plugins available that can assist you with this. Alternatively, if you have Elementor Pro, you can design your own product pages.

I have this message: You don’t have any activated websites right now ! However when I try to activate the theme it gives me an error message saying that another site is already activated with the license even though I don’t have one in the dashboard
And when I click on open a ticket: I get this Error message Internal Server Error

I have the pro license, but the button to say that your phlox is not activated, click here to activate does not show in the phlox theme after I have activated severally.

I get the following error: Something went wrong while connecting (https://demo.phlox.pro/api/v2/info/): cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 18849 out of 18955 bytes received The backend is extremely slow and i can’t work. The hosting provider said that the problem is not on their side. Please advice. The problem is from Phlox Core Elements.

Hi, I want to buy this theme and my website is in RTL version. You mentioned that this theme is compatible. And “you can have a multilingual as well as Right to left website really easy. There is also a Right to Left Demo on our Demo list that you can take a look for inspiration (attention: this demo is not available in demo importer)” Do you provide this demo for importing?
Hi thanks for your interest, Phlox is RTL compatible but only Phlox and not the demos, so you need to convert a demo to RTL if you need and this is beyond our support scope and you need to do it by your own
