I have 7 licenses purchased for ARK, but I only use 4. Unfortunately, your answer did not help me. He doesn’t answer my question. The Envato plugin does not show which Ark license key is assigned to a specific domain. Where to check it? I used to be able to go to the Dashboard and check. Now this is where the error occurs. It used to work. And it used to be good.

You are on quite an old version, the backend error goes away after you update to the latest version. The Envato Market plugin does not use the system you are describing anymore, it is using a new Envato API keys driven system and is now much easier to use than what you used to have to worry about with managing literal license key values. Alternatively, you can always download the latest version files from your ThemeForest user area (section Downloads) and upload them to your site manually.

Theme has no updates pending, and all plugins are updated, but experiencing major issues. Mobile menu will not work, and page editor is not displaying to allow pages to be edited.

woocommerce update from 8.4.0 to 8.5.2 makes issues on theme layout, equal hights of collums dont work anymore, burger menu in mobile not functionable, etc. and a lot more. Please bring update! Thanks.

Hi, I’ve been receiveing this error message on all of my Ark installations. It’s showing in dashboard. All of the websites are updated the version .68 or .69. How can I fix this?

Why after updates my custom fonts are gone from theme folder? Why are they removed upon update?

In WordPress you shouldn’t modify core files such as WordPress core, themes or plugins. This is because when any of these updates to newer versions, the whole folder gets replaced (with the new codes etc).

Custom fonts can be placed in your wp-content/uploads folder for example – that folder is not being replaced during any of the updates.

Hello, we are using this Theme in the last 5 years but now are getting license activation errors:

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 229 of the file /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fresh-framework/framework/core/class.ffLicensing.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fresh-framework/framework/core/class.ffLicensing.php:229

This error freezing the admin so it’s almost impossible to update the website.

I have sent email to support about week ago, but nobody response so far.

Thank you for fixing this “Responsive touch menu across devices” issue in the newest version. Sub-menus are now opening and closing correctly in WebKit browsers. It is highly appreciated and I waited a long time for it :)

This feature has actually been broken and fixed a few times already as different browsers kept changing their behavior over the years. Autoplay feature for videos has also been like that but has been stable for quite a while now so hopefully this one will follow suit.

Version 1.67.0 supports only php 8.x

PHP 8.x does not include IMAGICK module.. so there’s a permanent conflict in wp-admin tools area…

“The WordPress Hosting Team maintains a list of those modules, both recommended and required, in the team handbook(opens in a new tab).

Warning The optional module, imagick, is not installed, or has been disabled.”

This is a server issue. PHP 8+ has been supported by imagick since 2021: https://github.com/Imagick/imagick/blob/3.5.0RC1/ChangeLog#L12 but it’s possible some servers do not include it by default so please ask your server provider for more information.

You can achieve this by using “If” element in the builder (in the archive layout). There you write PHP condition such as https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_category/ and any builder elements you wrap with this “If” element will be printed if this condition evaluates as true. You can also use “Ark > Templates” to further break down these views for easier management.

Having problems editing content. Anytime I edit an element (anywhere in the site right now), I get this error message. > “There is a problem with loading FreshBuilder. your page will be refresehd. Please be patient then, the FreshBuilder cache needs to be rebuilt.
